It was time for me to get a storage unit to hold items I want to take when we leave Florida but that I need out of the house as I get the house ready to sell next year. I searched locations near me, and MiniU was the most convenient, which I already knew as I have driven past it nearly every day for 17 years. I figured that if MiniU did not offer great service, they would not still be in business. So I started with a visit there today and I now know why they are still in business after all these years.
Great people with great customer service! They listened to my needs and answered all my questions. I was given a tour of an available 10x10 interior unit. The unit was a perfect match for my needs - perfect interior location and immaculate. The whole facility is safe, secure, clean, well maintained, with an excellent staff.
Very competitively priced, too. I saw lots of deals on the websites of other locations, but I knew those were temporary. I just wanted a fair monthly price for a clean, climate controlled unit in a storage facility where I felt safe to come by myself. MiniU offered all that, plus a special deal, and I only have to drive about 10 minutes down 192 to get there. Highly recommend!

James, the manager, made the whole setup process for my rental unit quite easy and comfrotable. He's a very personable, knowledgeable and helpful. Explained everything clearly, and answered every question I had.

DO NOT rent an air conditioned unit at this place. The past 3 weeks we’ve been to our storage unit 5 times and every single time we were there the whole building was so hot. Absolutely not worth $160 when they’re not giving you the air conditioned service that we’re supposed to have. I went to the front desk to tell them the air conditioner is clearly not working and they use the excuse “we had someone moving in all day.” Unacceptable answer. Fix the air conditioner with all of the money you’re making and make a rule that when you’re going in and out, the door has to be closed.

This is my second time renting a storage unit at the 192 location in Melbourne. The staff is friendly and the storage units are very clean.It’s a safe great place to store your belongings. I highly recommend them.

There was a male loitering around the back area. Management was notified and was aware. Sure does not have security or after hours contact.

I have used this storage place several times over several years. The staff is the best... They are always accommodating and very friendly. I feel safe at night inside the gates and my storage units have never flooded like other places in town. My belongings are safe here I have never had a problem whereas other storage places closer to me have had rats, snakes and mold. I will always come back here.
