I take back what I said and if I could do 0 stars I would. Tried to do me dirty making me pay extra. Thought he was doing me a favor but he just did it to make a commission off me. Added another number to my account. I will never be going to this place again. Make sure y'all double check your accounts if you're paying more then you were previous of speaking to Rami. These people are commiting fraud big time.

Mohammed L, Shay, Carlos and the owner are committing fraud and charge customers for products and services that are not provided. We have made a report because we were charged for multiple phones and service fees that were never provided. These people are scammers. Stay far away from this place.

This store is my personal preference. The store employee Z, is a great guy who knows his way around the mobile world. He gave me the best deal with the new Nokia G310 5G, and I left with two additional ones for a really good steal of a price. Highly recommend.

Destiny helped me choose a phone .she was very knowledgeable . She asked all questions to find the right phone for me . Employees like her are a great asset to metro PCS great job

They did not help me activate my phones and the manger could have helped me but instead he was eating. He says the computer doesn't allow anyone to use the metro website ? I saw the internet application right in the screen I wasn't born yesterday. I've been a customer for five years and I'm taking my business elsewhere and canceling my six lines. The manager Gray has zero customer service skills the staff sits there on their phones and play on them while customers are there and they refuse to even answer the phone. I asked for help and the manager wants to do as less as possible. He should be fired for insubordination. I would be embarrassed if I was the owner and had a lazy staff . They are making you lose business buddy!

Well I finally had to get new phone. I went into Metro and first person who greeted me was Mohamed Y.L. This young man was right on everything. Showed me different phones and what I was looking for. I wish all people were as knowledgeable of the services from Metro as was Mohamed. I will definitely recommend that they go there and see him. What a blessing to have such a great person. Thank you so much Mohamed for all your time truly appreciate you.

If you need a new phone, come here and ask for Mood! (Coolest name ever, I know). Not only did he get me a sick new phone at a waaay cheaper rate then I was paying with Google fi (worst phone and phone plan ever do not do it) he had me in and out the door in 10 minutes! What stood out the most for me though was the fact that he was so incredibly kind to me. The entire time we laughed and joked which really changed my mood around for the whole day! (Thank you Mood, come see me for a burrito my dood)! I should have never switched, Metro is the way to go!
