I don’t like leaving bad reviews but Lisa did a terrible job and then when I pointed out that she left patches of hair underneath my brows, and they were uneven, she was rude and passive aggressive. Bad for your business. Been coming here since 2008, she was enough to make me find somewhere closer to home.

I really love the way my eye brows look after getting them done here, they always do a great job with that, however the customer service could be better. I had a not so pleasant experience with Lisa and passive aggressive statements the whole time my eye brows were being done. May be venturing out to find a new salon with more pleasant employees.

I want to share my latest visit. This was second and of course my last visit to this location. I went to this same location about 4 weeks ago and had my eyebrows tinted. I was charged $25. I returned on Nov.15th late evening and received same job and was charged $43. Yes I returned because she did a good job the first time. Long story short called to speak with location store manager. All she kept doing was explaining the financial situation of the business. Why did I need to know she has to pay employees a $1 more soon. The product being so expensive and other factors just to say sorry your not happy with your visit but there is nothing I can do for you. Stated she has also made same mistake on pricing and had to just take the lost. She stated I received a discount( that wasn't explained as that) and she just made a mistake on my 1st visit. I'm just saying customer service these days just suck. I explained myself clearly the first time so it's my fault your employee is giving out wrong prices. I should have gave her $25 and called it a day. Better be glad I didn't have cash.

It has been many years ago since I lived in Melbourne and was a regular customer in Gail's Merle Norma's business. She and Jacky turned out to be my friends. They are beautiful people.

Horrible service, went to get my brows wax and tinted and the lady did everything wrong. Now my brows are all black and wrong tinted and now I have a bad allergy. Please read reviews first before doing any services!!!

Very weird. I walked in and stood at the counter for 5 minutes and no one said anything to me--no greeting or anything from any of the three people working there.After me several other people walked in and had to wait as well. One of the employees just chatted with the other employee for awhile (5-10 minutes) before doing my brows. Brows were okay but nothing special especially for the price. Wouldn't go back.

My first time visiting the store to get my eyebrows done and enjoyed my visit the girl who did my eyebrows took the time to ask me questions in how I wanted my eyebrows done and showed care in what she was doing I will definitely be returning
