“Hot Topic is personally one of my favorite stores to buy band t-shirts and talk to the employees about music recommendations, the last time I went there, the employee wasn't wearing a mask and neither were the other customers, I was the only one wearing one (along with my sister of course) I just wish they were a bit safer with COVID19 and all.”

“Awesome place to buy great shoes!!... yall, the store managers were on point with my son's shoe size, I was there on one of the busiest day of the year....( 2 days before school shoe shopping ? they were my son's last and only hope!.. I told him if you don't find something you like...I'm taking you to Wal-Mart ?.... he found a pair of Jordan'sBut...they didn't have his size, just as we were about to walk out, one of the managers ( I'm horrible with names) saw the disappointment on my son's face and asked him what was wrong, my son tells him, that yall don't have my shoe size, manager ask what shoe was he interested in, and my son says Jordan 1 or 2. ( ??♀️ ) I don't know which he said ??♀️ he asked the size, I say 6 n a half,Manager says, oh you should try a 7, .. I'm like nooo, it's going to be toooo big!! He said trust me, Jordan's are made different, I'm like ok... bring the shoes and let him try them on....and to my surprise....they fit!!So, I would like to say thanks to the managers and the staff who worked onAugust 8th, 2023 ( between 2pm and 3pm)you guys were a great help, that store was packed with shoppers, yall kept your kool... and handled each shopper very well, I will be BaCk??”
