Referral for blood work from primary physician and I am a new patient. Although I was following GPS, I parked by First Health Hospital to call and ask for directions to verify. Front desk receptionist was very rude by repeating they were not at the Hospital, and she did not know where I was. I specified Apollo as street I was near. Not one time did she tell me to follow Apollo to W. Eau Gallie Blvd. Easy. But absolutely confusing and argumentative conversation. I called 3 times. She is an unprofessional customer service representative and made my office visit very uncomfortable and increased my level of stress when I was there to have blood drawn for my medical records. I do not recommend this choice of laboratory for new patients. Results were quick and accurate, but supporting staff was not helpful.

Every time I go to see Dr Nitin Jain or any other MAB facility i have had very nice experiences with the care provided. Thats why I have been with them over 10 years now. I trust Dr Nitin Jain 100%. Great Doctor.

It took over a half an hour to be seen by the nurse’s aid and an additional fifteen minutes to see the doctor. The visit with the doctor only lasted three to five minutes. It was a little productive, changing the strength of one medication.

My husband and I have been going to Dr Rakesh Patel for 10 years. He is always very knowledgeable and thorough! He is very personable and has a wonderful manner about him. We feel confident that he has diagnosed our medical issues correctly and has helped us maintain good heart health! We highly recommend Dr Rakish Patel!!

If I could give them 0 stars i would. Their cardiologist is the most unprofessional Dr i have ever had the displeasure of seeing. Will never go back to them again. Not only extremely rude but no empathy at all. This individual shouidnt be allowed to practice medicine
