“Went to 3 grocers today, Winn Dixie to refill my spring water jugs, Lucky's for that bacon and some peaches and melons, but first, here. At Downtown I found monkfish, smoked porkchops, and decent oysters within 10 feet of each other. Some tropical fruits and freshly squeezed juice. They don't have everything but they had a bunch of my favorite things I don't see anywhere else. The lines were ok, but the isles were clogged (Sunday post brunch) yet it was OK. The people were of a more polite natured bunch than you find at some of the cheap places. The cashier bagged my stuff exactly as I would cold with cold, bottles laid down with produce on top, fragile things last... The right way. I should have tipped him. Good beer and wine selection.”

“We finally started shopping here about 6 months ago and have not bought meat from any other chain grocery store since! Quality of meat is unparallel to any other place. We buy everything here, from steaks, to brats, to shrimp and chicken products. Have NEVER been disappointed and everything is always fresh, delicious, and reasonable prices. Yes, you will be paying a little more, but the quality and flavors cannot be beat. Staff is super helpful and friendly. Oh, and try the Wassi's garlic butter rub/spice, it is amazing on anything! “I was in the day before Thanksgiving to pick up some things and was totally impressed by the crew working there. On a crazy day at Honey Baked, they managed to be pleasant, efficient, and kind. There was an elderly lady in front of me that was having trouble maneuvering her walker and carrying her bags at the same time; the lady behind the counter didn't miss a beat. She was around the counter and helping her out to her car in a flash - chatting with her pleasantly the whole way. The others behind the counter quickly picked up the slack and no one had to wait. Grace and kindness seems to be the standard at this store.”

“The food was great for the price. I paid $9 dollars for this plate listed below. It’s basically a large supermarket that has a section with food à la cart and some desserts. If you were in a lunch, rush and want to grab some thing tasty. This is the place to go. Definitely worth the money.”
