Even with the recent change of ownership, the ladies have maintained excellent customer service and always go the extra mile for me, accommodating all my unusual size packages of late! Under new management. I have a mailbox there and am considering getting one elsewhere even though I recently purchased new checks and mailing labels. Slow of no response to emails. My mail isn't being forwarded as requested and has been sent to the wrong address once. Now I went to pick up my mail after returning to town and the store was closed. The open sign is on, the website and Yelp both says it's open but the door is locked. There is a sign on the door with new hours. Hello! We would like to know Before we get there!! I'm more than a little frustrated!!

Hours on online search said something different than reality. This cost me gas, time, and irritated me. Their hours are pretty bad in my opinion makes me really wonder about their business. Maybe they can act like a real business and make sure their hours online are correct. Maybe they could get better hours for their customers too.

Do you need a notary, advice and assistance with mailing something? Don't waste time at USPS. GO HERE FIRST! If they are helping someone when you arrive, do not despair or be impatient; it's worth the wait.
