Let's be honest here...moving is a stressful and expensive ordeal. When you've accumulated nearly 50 years of treasures and memories (like we have), the stress and anxiety are only heightened. Wrapping, packing, loading and unloading all these precious memories are sometimes opposing forces. Realistically, there's going to be some mishaps, so dealing with them afterwards is critical.We've used Muv (Melbourne) twice now, both 'local moves', and considering the context stated above, they are a good crew to handle your moving needs. The communication between client and company is solid, the young men provided to us both times have been respectful (to us and with our belongings), and very hardworking.We did experience a couple of issues on our most recent move, but we were able to reach a reasonable outcome. It's practically unavoidable for there not to be mishaps, but in scope they were nominal, were addressed, and settled. Understanding all the potential pitfalls associated with moving, I would suggest you consider the Muv (Melbourne) team to transport your treasures.

This has been the most horrible movingexperience of my life and I have moved manytimes.They leave all the trash either packedin your boxes or scattered about the house.They have absolutely no concern for yourpossessions and you have to watch whatthey're doing all the time otherwise you wiII findthat things are just scooped up and thrown inboxes. Totally inappropriate packing andattitudes.They do an equally bad jobputting things into storage with things throwneverywhere without concern of appropriatepacking or space available. I would stronglyrecommend not to use them get severalestimates.They will give you a high and a lowfor the estimate, but the cost will exceed the higherestimate by a lot.Review your contract carefully as you havethree days to make a claim (who couldpossibly know that when items are sent into storage)and then you sign that you have inspected allof the items. They don't give youany chance to do any of that. The only waythat I knew the things were mispacked was when wehad to open up boxes to find things that theywere told not to pack. Repeatedly they weretold not to pack certain things and they stilljust went ahead and packed whatever theysaw, and poorly for that matter. Beware!In response, this is your review.

Highly recommend this company to everyone. From start to finish, this Great company to hire for your move. They helped me move locally and the crew was professional, efficient, and extremely hardworking. I will definitely be using them again if needed. such a pleasure to have a seamless transition.

I arranged the move over the phone and was given a flat rate of one truck, three people at $169 per hour, to pick up boxes that had already been packed by myself. The movers were to pack three televisions, two-bedroom sets, sectional sofa, table with four chairs, patio furniture and some pictures and load the already packed boxes onto the truck. It was guaranteed on the phone that the washer and dryer would be disconnected and moved to the new location. This was estimated as a four-hour job that turned out to be over six hours. The movers requested a second truck, which was not approved or requested by me, but I was charged for it. Items were moved that I had specifically asked Ben, the lead mover, to leave so that I could move them myself, including a fireproof safe, containing important papers and financial information, and my wife’s jewelry.When the time came to sign the invoice and I saw that I had been charged double than what I had originally been quoted, I had the lead mover call his office and was turned over to someone who worked in the back office. When I complained about the discrepancy in the price, he offered to have his movers put all the furniture back into the garage, so I said okay. He then became very belligerent and refused to have the items moved back into the garage and threatened me with keeping my belongings, liens and calling law enforcement. I was then forced to sign the invoice to be able to get my belongings moved to the new house.The movers did show up on 4/29/23 to deliver the furniture to the new house. We were moving into a brand-new build, and the house was in pristine condition. The three movers only took three hours to move the items back into the house, stacking everything, except the furniture, in the garage. They were supposed to put the master bed back together after dismantling it for the move, but the bed, den desks, washer and dryer and other items were not assembled correctly. I had to disassemble and reassemble them myself after they left. There was, what I consider, an overabundance of damage to property and belongings that were moved in, including the washer and dryer, furniture nicked and bumped, paint scratched off, scrapes to paint on walls and scratches on glass.The final price of this move was nearly double of what was quoted to me initially on the phone. I’ve made several attempts to contact MUV Space Coast, with no response from them. I did file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and will use this letter as the basis for any further reviews given to MUV Space Coast.

Overpriced, charged about $400 more than going rate because of add-ons.They left a pile of trash moving material in my driveway. They refused to pick it up, their insolent response was “ you paid for it, it’s yours”. Not the best customer service experience!

We recently used muv to relocate vacation homes in central FL. This was the best moving experience EVER! I was taken away by the professionalism from start to finish. Initially we spoke with Aime, our relocation specialist. We were able to acquire full service from muv. We had a pack team one day, moving team the next, and even had two weeks of storage at their facility while the final touches were made to our new home. Nick, our crew foreman, as well as his team were the most polite, professional, clean cut and efficient group of young men we could have asked for. We have already referred a hand full of friends and neighbors that are also moving into the new community. GREAT JOB muv! Customer service the way it should be :)

The guys did a fantastic job! We had a load of high value salon equipment to be moved from Port Orange to Melbourne. Matt was extremely professional and easy to work with. The guys were careful and quick. Definitely recommend!
