We are in the process of completely rebuilding our home. New floors throughout. The sales staff was very helpful and attentive to our needs and style. They provided competitive pricing and their delivery time was better than most. I highly recommend M&M for your flooring needs.

I was greeted by Jerry, easy to talk with, and has extensive knowledge of all types of flooring and tile. I was impressed with all the options and the variety at M&M. I'm remodeling my bathroom and went in with a few pictures of what I wanted. He knew the tile by just looking at the pictures. He mentioned things I didn't think of and I feel very confident and excited with my choices. I was so impressed I bought my tile for my bathroom and decided to get tile for my laundry room. If you're shopping, stop by M&M and see Jerry, you won't regret it.

This showroom manager Glen is very welcoming. I came in looking for tile for my back porch. Also, I have never in my life lived in a home with tile, and have little knowledge about tile. Glen answered all my questions in a profession manner and was very respectful. He helped me pick beautiful tile make in Italy. My installer said that the tile I choose was extremely high quality and I got it at a really good price. He even said that he was going to send his future customers to M&M because of the high quality tile and reasonable prices. I later went back and purchased tile for my bathroom which I love. Thank you Glen for the wonderful experience at M&M! I will definitely be back!

Mike & Danny did the tile installation at one of my rental properties. Final product looked great and they did it for an excellent price. Will 100% be using M&M Tile in the future.

It is very unfortunate that I'm having to leave a one star review because it takes a lot for me to get the point where I feel it is necessary. Most times I give the business the benefit of the doubt 3 or 4 times before resorting to a 1 star review. However I have given this company the benefit of the doubt over 10 times now and they have disappointed every single time. Over 7 months ago I initiated a warranty claim with them for some work they had done recently on our floors and window sills. They came out and checked everything and agreed to the repairs. It took them months to get any parts in though and when they finally came to do the repairs they said they had the wrong sizes of window sills and they would need to reschedule again. They also said that they had no record of the floors needing to be replaced. They came out for another evaluation and determined yet again that the floors need to be repaired and window sills replaced. We waited another month or so and when they arrived to fix the window sills they told us they had no knowledge of any floor repairs. They then approved the floor repairs again and rescheduled for those. A few weeks went by and another guy came out to fix the floors but when he arrived he said that he wasnt told he would be replacing a section of the floors but that he was just touching them up. He said he didn't have time to replace them and would have to reschedule. He reverified though that they need to be replaced. We waited another month or two for it to get rescheduled and when we called asking them why they still hadn't come out they said that there scheduling lady was no longer with them and she basically destroyed all of the client notes when she left. Now they had no record again of us needing the floors replaced in two sections. They sent someone out again to verify it and then told us they would call us to reschedule, which they didn't do for two weeks. They literally have evaluated the floors 8 or 9 times at this point and procrastinated finishing the job for 7 months now. They were supposed to come today and finally finish the job. When I got home from work I learned from my wife that they didn't come today again because they had another error in their scheduling notes and that they would have to reschedule. They never called back today to reschedule and here we are back at square one dealing with a company that we have given all the time in the world to just finish what they started and do it properly. We have been reasonable every step of the way. We've literally given them the benefit of the doubt at every stage and waited patiently. I am appalled that a business could be so difficult and irresponsible to deal with and I am frankly surprised that they are even in business with the way they conduct their affairs. If I had the option to leave 0 stars I would because of the time and effort and wasted resources I've had to sacrifice to get people to just do their job as promised.Please save yourself the hassle and do business elsewhere if you have the option.

The Showroom is not open on Mondays, so knowing that is helpful when shopping. Tuesday thru Saturday.Knowledgeable staff, friendly and comfortable area to see samples, which can be taken home to match your colors.I've been very happy every time I've gone in.

Needed some tile repair to fix drainage issue on our balcony and the job was performed efficiently, corrected the issue. Installer carefully removed tile without damaging underlying waterproofingand established appropriate drainage flow. thanks
