I recently had the pleasure of visiting Lowe's and I am thrilled to write a review highlighting my positive experience with the manager, Joshua, and the exceptional service I received in the garden section.
From the moment I entered the store, Josh greeted me with a warm smile and genuine enthusiasm. He helped me with my orchid selection His knowledge and passion for gardening were evident as he patiently listened to my needs and provided expert advice on various plants and gardening tools. Josh's ability to assess my requirements accurately and offer tailored recommendations truly impressed me.
What sets this particular Lowe's location apart is the level of trust they have gained as a customer. Josh and his team consistently go above and beyond to ensure that I have a seamless shopping experience. Whether it's helping me choose the right soil for my plants or guiding me through the flowers in the garden section has been exceptional. Their expertise, attentiveness, and commitment to customer satisfaction have earned my trust as a loyal customer. I highly recommend visiting this location for all your gardening needs.

Not a senior citizen friendly environment. Shopping carts were not easily accessible and the entrance door is one way. You have to walk down to the exit doors. Not a friendly experience for people with a bad back. In plumbing, the representative Carlos was extremely helpful and demonstrated genuine concern for the customer. He loaded the cart with heavy bags of merchandise without me having to ask. FIVE STARS FOR CARLOS! ?.

The cashier Hallie at Lowe’s on Minton rd. was rude and racist. I was standing in line on the pro side. The line was long, Three cashiers was standing around. When it was my term the cashier closed her register and sent me to another one. I am a disabled cancer patient who needed assistance when I told her I had military discount she insist on my ID, which I did not have. I gave her a name and telephone number that came up on the register. The people that they have working at Lowe’s are either incompetent, lazy or have NO idea about the products or where things are at Lowe’s. Don’t forget racist too.
From now on I will be shopping at Home Depot like I’ve been doing in the past 35+ years.

The fact the exit door does not open from the outside is inconvenient enough for me to never come back. Stopped by Lowes instead of Home Depot as it was the first I hit on the way home today, but never again. And I know the self checkout attendant was right inside, but he could not be bothered to make the door trigger to let me in as I stood there. Stellar customer service. Unnecessary inconveniences, although seemingly trivial, may result in your customers choosing an easier place to shop at (like a store whose exit doors motion open from the outside). Something to consider.

don't buy appliances from lowes they have a 3rd party company that delivers and hooks them up well tried to hook them.up the dryer was wired wrong and thank god my house is still standing burnt out 2 ceiling fans and a modem and also never even tried to hook up the dryer vent so now i spent about 1300.00 to have the electric problems they caused now there telling me the check is in the mail but be patient it take 5 to 7 weeks to get it there is not one person in the lowes company that will tell the truth I've been on the phone for over a month and total of around 17hrs trying to get a answer and if you need a refund o my again be patient they will try to steal money from you i paid for the washer and dryer and the dryer plug vent and clamp also the extended warranty now refund time call explain the problem they say no problem refund the dryer but wait what about the warranty and plug vent and clamp lowes says o so sorry then they refund the warranty so now i call again what about the plug vent clamp lowes says o so sorry now finally after over a month they finally refunded all the money if i would have not called several times a week they would have keep my money i thinking the money they steal from customers the manager gets a bonus and the end of the month

I had a washer and dryer delivered to my new residence. Felix and Nestor were my delivery men . They were wonderful, professional and took time to show me how the appliances worked . Great customer service .

Extremely understaffed on a Sunday. When you could find help they were friendly. Clearly poor management. One register open. Very disappointed.
