I don’t like posting bad reviews, but unfortunately today I had a bad experience.
Normally, when I exchange the propane bottle I use the computer that’s outside. This store has it caged up where you have to interact with the human since I didn’t know I went inside with the bottle. I bypassed Customer Service because they were busy so I went directly to the cashier when I finally got there, when I got their attention about asking , how do I purchase or exchange the bottle the cashier yelled outside! Outside! That bottle must go outside! I told her I didn’t know. I was trying to ask from the outside door, but the door didn’t open up because it was an exit door so I went around. If a customer makes a mistake you shouldn’t be rude about it. All she had to say was, sir? Please leave that bottle outside and I will take care of you instead she was very rude and yelling. I didn’t lose my cool, but eventually, I told the manager this is not how you do business, I won’t mention her name because the manager said she will take care of it. Lowe’s if you read this, please have a bigger sign stating leave propane bottles outside. No customers should be yelled at this is a place of business and you must be treated as such. Customer Service is everything and you must treat everyone with respect regardless.

Very disappointed ! Especially after I make 3-4 trips here a week! For years. Spending lots! But the "new" return policy is horrible. And the manager here today- 10-7-23 was NOT helpful. Hard. Cold. Who cares kind of attitude. I used to choose L over HD. But. Guess that's gonna change ToDAY! Im so shocked at the staff. Of course the service rep was just an hourly. But! The manager was cold, unappreciative, did not ask me anything or know anything- the action of no return, was ridiculous. I obviously had my receipt. Oh. By the way. It was not for some rusted out return that I used or something. An extra large pvc piece for concrete plumbing job that I did not need. Yes. It's been 90 days. But it's a piece of 4" pvc. Sad. Very disappointed

NO STARS. LOWE'S is not a stand-up company--multiplemisrepresentations, failure to provide product as ordered, delivery of defective units-originals and replacements, reckless disregard for customer concerns. Result: significant stress, loss of any progress, loss of contractors who have moved to other jobs, and substantial out-of-pocket expenses. Bought double vanity, multiple storage units and tower through Lowe's. Eight large pieces all manufactured by KraftMaid. Lowe's order taker failed to order as directed. All delivered units were either defective (cracks in structure, doors opened wrong way, sink units could not accommodate sinks) or had nicks and other marks. All pieces returned with representations that replacements to be expedited. That did not occur. Instead, months later received defective replacement units (cracks in structure, cracked or broken components). It is now almost seven months later, and Lowe's has failed to deliver a product that can be assembled and installed. No response, NONE, from Lowe's corporate consumer relations. It is 26 days and counting since the store manager wrote on May 22, 2023: "I will reach out to you tomorrow."

I took my Dad here to buy a few items he needed.One employee we asked for help from was helpful but while helping us another employee told him someone else needed help so he had to leave us.Then when checking out my Dad had a couple of gift cards he wanted to use and we went to self checkout they didn't work.The guy tried helping us and said he didn't know what was wrong but to go to the customer service counter because he never had that problem.My dad ended up just paying cash and we went over to the customer service where 2 women were standing talking to each other. When I asked if I could get some help with the cards they acted like it was a bother.They told me he'd have to go to a different register next time or back to them to cash out using the cards, they did write the balance on both so my Dad knows what's on them.What a hassle!Hopefully it will go smoother next time my Dad goes to use them.

Presidents' Day sale and no staff?! The one guy working in plumbing called off, no other reps could assist with specific plumbing questions, and all the managers are in a meeting. Obviously you lost a sale on a new bathroom vanity & toilet plus a customer. Ironically your customer service is in the toilet!

5 employees in customer service and they are calling customers every 15 minutes! I have never seen such a SLOW customer service in my live, this is insane. I’m about to throw my return in the trash and go home.

I bought a dishwasher from them and we were pleased with the salesperson and the transactionWhat we are not happy with is their management of installation servicesIt will take almost one month from the time we bought the product to when it is to be installedI think this is unacceptable and our presurer to them for help has been useless

Great service. After shopping for rugs for the second time at this Lowes location, I found an additional rug (on my second trip) and the manager on duty very helpful in assisting me. He remembered me from my first purchase and made my shopping experience a more positive one. This Lowes location is now my favorite!

Don't normally review but wow what horrible service. Associates literally talking to each other and taking pictures while they saw me waiting for help in the paint department for at LEAST 25 minutes. After asking associates to page for help TWICE still waited for so long to be helped. Pretty upsetting and a huge waste of time.

I came in yesterday with a can of paint which I purchased 6 months prior and needed the same one for touch ups. They gave me the wrong paint color. Came in the next morning for a exchange for the correct color. Lowes wouldn't replace the paint and told me to call a customer service number when I was currently standing in customer service at the Lowe's I bought the paint from!

Before going to the store. I checked to see if the item I wanted was in stock. It was 26 according to the app. Located the aisle and bin no item to be found. I asked the employee stocking in the aisle where I might find the item barely grunted at me, never stopped what they were doing to help me find the item. I went to customer service to see if they could help. I was told yes the item was in stock should be where the app said it was and would send someone to help. No one every should up. Went to Home Depot just down the road found everything I needed in less time then I spent at Lowes getting nothing. The store was not busy and the employees were too busy to help customers.

I've had wonderful experience in the paint department (I even know the guy who helps me by name) but in the tile dept I didn't have that great of luck. The tile dept is clean but really unorganized and impossible to find the tile that the number displayed on the wall (it happened to the 4 different styles of tile that I'd pick. With no one there to help me during my 30 minutes of looking I decided to leave empty handed.Maybe it's a lack of employees?
