Attitude is EVERYTHING. You never know what someone is going through. I just left this Labcorp, getting my hcg levels checked as I think I may be miscarrying. I was trying to exit and accidentally opened the bathroom door. I got turned around. Blood draws make me kind of woozy. So I pointed to another down the hall, and said "this one. Right?" & this rude woman in pink scrubs with terrible fake eyelashes said, "Yep. Exit. It says it right on the door." So unnecessary. Like, if I saw the exit sign on the door, I wouldn't have asked. Why have such attitude?! Super unpleasant employee. The blonde woman who did my blood draw was very kind and gentle. Thank God for her.

Every time I come here, you check in, 15 minutes goes by and then I checked with the desk, and they say you’re not checked in so I check in again and he says that there are 15 people in front of me. Why would I make an appointment two weeks in advance only to not be served in a timley manner? This place is understaffed and obviously underpaid. Unfortunate.

They are very rude and have attitudes. They get smart with you. Older ladies that need help signing in she sped through directions with this woman so fast like she got it all it was so sad. If you are having a bad day understaffed and or over worked it’s not the peoples fault

Girl behind the desk with 4" eye lashes has a horrible attitude. Rude and impatient. 0 stars

I had a decent amount of blood drawn here (for the first time in years) and I was so pleased with how wonderful the process was. Check-in was a breeze and the staff were so pleasant. When I expressed concerns to the woman taking my blood about fainting, she assured me it would be quick. One quick jab and she was chatting away with me asking me all sorts of questions keeping my attention off my blood being drawn. She even answered my questions about going to the gym afterwards with confidence. I was in and out of my 10 AM appointment within 15 minutes max. I definitely will be using LabCorp for my next blood draw! 10/10

I had to do an employment drug screening and they were very professional and courteous. I had no problems and I was in and out of there quickly.

Have done blood and urine tests here a few times, with generally negative experiences. They seem understaffed and overbooked. At my most recent appt, the same person was working reception AND performing blood draws. I’ve never seen this in any medical environment. Hire a real receptionist. He seemed inexperienced and couldn’t find a vein and ended up having to probe both my arms, leaving bruising on one. And when I squirmed after he finally finished, he reprimanded me for “trying to make a mess” and wrapped both my arms with so much gauze and adhesive tape that it painfully ripped off a bunch of arm hair when I removed it later.A few tips if you do end up here:First - always make an appointment, or you could end up waiting for hours.Second - don’t be more than 15 mins late or you get booted to the back of the line and could also be waiting for hours.Third - don’t bother using the mobile check in, you’ll end up sitting in the tiny, super cramped lobby regardless.

I arrived 15 min before my appointment. The front desk refused me service for an outstanding balance. I had never stepped into a labcorp so was thoroughly confused. I was told to pay $1000 on the balance or leave. Eventually I learned this was an error on Labcorps part. I didn’t understand what for and was given no explanation. I attempted to callbilling but they were not open at that time. Thankfully I was able to receive service froma Quest after a few hours of waiting. This was a time sensitive blood test that would have caused me months delay in medical care. Completely unacceptable. Treat humans better
