We ordered my sister a senior set including a class necklace in November 2023. It is April 2024 and we have received nothing. We called and were told our order was canceled due to nonpayment but we have all of the transactions from our bank and all the proof. We were told we can get a replacement necklace in 8 weeks but she graduates in less than 8 weeks. She is epileptic and has already missed out on so much and feels left out so often. We just really want this necklace before her graduation and no one seems to be able to help us. This is ridiculous

I ordered sweatpants and a sweatshirt for my son. I received the wrong pants. I contacted jonstens and they struggled to answer any questions I had and were vague with intentions to rectify the situation. Finally I was told they would send the correct pants. I just recieved the package to and AGAIN RECIEVED THE SAME WRONG PAIR OF PANTS. This is ridiculous. If you're going to charge $50 for noname sweatpants and $17 for shipping, you should at least be able to read an order correctly but I see multiple people are incapable of this.

Don’t buy from this company. I bought a ring for my college graduation and it came with multiple mistakes. Letters missing, logo only there half on the ring, missing antique finish in some spots, cuts in the ring. You name it and it was wrong. I’ve been trying for 3 years to get it fixed. I’ve sent it back and every time it somehow comes out worse. I’ve never seen such poor quality.

When I order expensive graduation announcements with envelopes, I do not expect them to be just thrown into a box with no padding and bent up when I get them looking all cheap and junky. The envelopes are also poor quality and discolored. I would have expected them to be elegantquality like nice wedding announcements. I am on the fourth child. I do not remember anything being this poor quality before; perhaps I ordered them from elsewhere. Either that or the quality is gone way down. Don’t waste a penny on these. Terrible.

I never bother to post reviews, even if it’s warranted. Today was not the day for unnecessary insults, so here I am giving my review…..Rude customer service with unclear expectations as to what they consider “express shipping”. I paid extra for express shipping. It has now been nearly 2 weeks and I still don’t have the product. I asked if the product was on back order or a shortage of staff or reduced work hours that would cause a delay in product being shipped? All to which the CSR replied with “No”. The CSR attempted to insult my intelligence by asking me if “I knew what express shipping is”. Absolutely comical. For obvious reasons, the next regalia will not be purchased through Josten’s.

I can’t begin to tell you how disappointed I am with Jostens. I ordered a replacement of my class ring the was lost long ago. My wife was buying it for me as a Valentine’s Day gift. They said it was 4 to 6 weeks on class ring orders. So we ordered it back in the middle of November to be sure to allow enough time. I have made many calls to them, just to keep getting the run around and excuses why they do have my ring ready. Here it is going into March and still nothing.

Very professional employees who quickly to care of my issue. It was hard to find their office, but once there my problem was resolved.

Don't waste your money. Bought a ring for my daughter that came with multiple flaws. Have yet to get ahold of anyone to correct the issues. I'm sure there has to be a better vendor for class rings. Maybe try Herff Jones, or someone along those lines...I wish I had gone that route.

I've been trying to contact this company for about a week regarding my daughters college graduating ring. It appears as shipped but no tracking number, no way to contact them by phone, chat, social media, email or any other way. N answer and no information. This looks pretty bad and I starting thinking about a scam. WHERE IS THE RING I PURCHASED?

I spent so much money on my cap and gown and let me tell you its not even worth it. Everything on their website is overpriced and the quality of the material is not even good.

Very Unhappy Customer! Tried to contact the company over a month ago just got through last week to try and get a refund due to the COVID-19 pandemic and was told that because the school is having a virtual graduation they will not do a refund. I don't think it's fair to force something on someone that will not be using it. I would definitely not recommend doing this again! Ever! Could only go as low as a 1, overwise I'd have chosen 0! Definitely not good customer service!

They won't let you rent a cap and gown for graduation. Something that will be useless after graduation and only worn the one time. Cost is $83 and change. What a rip off! You can go online to Amazon a purchase a cap and gown for under $23. And lets not even forget the class rings! They sell fake jewelry for up to $600+!! Are you serious!! I got my daughter a REAL class ring from Walmart for $100.

I just bought my class ring through my school, and I want to know why it looks different from the photo. It’s proportionally wrong! $364 is not easy to come up with. So I have to say I’m extremely disappointed for how low quality the ring is for the amount of money I paid for it. The main stone (fake because I couldn’t afford the real one) is a lot smaller, and the engravings are extremely thin and in a different font than the picture.
