Just had the most wonderful experience at the Melbourne store. My mom and I went in just browsing and found the bedroom set I was looking for. Chris helped us and was such a personable salesman. He was full of knowledge and really worked with me to get the price I could afford. I walked out so excited and happy that I finally found the bedroom set I wanted! Thanks Chris you’re the best! I ordered a beautiful Flexsteel rocker recliner from Hudson’s furniture. They gave me a great price. The salesman and the delivery people were terrific. I highly recommend them.

A total nightmare!! We bought a brand new sectional. It arrived with ripped fabric which I immediately reported. They have come twice to replace it but claim there's too much pet hair. I have vacuumed every inch of the couch. It's a woven fabric that piles white. I don't own a white animal! I dont have cats! I have one brown dog who has barely sat on the couch yet after keeping the damaged couch in our house for over 6 months it must be in absolutely pristine condition which it is minus the piling of the fabric from michael nicolas. I regret ever trusting hudsons and their fake warranty. The warranty department has promised a phone call from a manager that hasn't come. We will retain Legal counsel at this point. Stay away from bad businesses.

TL;DR: Chris Hill at Hudson's will make you happy for years to come.Longer story: We were looking for a bedroom set. We are price consious and yet wanted high quality in the exact style we like. In other words, a salesperson's nightmare. We had been through 3 stores before we got to Hudson's, unsatisfied. Walked in, met Chris Hill. He listened to us - actually listened. Then took us to the Daniel's Amish section where we could pick and choose the style, finish, knobs, everything. Perfect. Got a quote. Being us, we left and went through 4 more furniture stores.And came back to Chris Hill. Bought the package from him. Because his skill at finding the right product, then letting us bicker with one another on style and such, then work up the pricing on multiple arrangements, all without making me feel like the problem child I know I can be, that skill is valuable to me. And I feel satisfied that our bedroom set will be exactly what we want.I know I made the right choice.

Nathlee did a wonderful job of helping us make a decision on a Flexsteel Couch and Loveseat. She was very patient and did not pressure us at all. The overall service was good but after waiting almost 10 weeks one of the chairs we customer ordered came in broken, so we only have 5 chairs and no clue about replacement!
