I've been using Turbotax and decided to use H&R Block due to a complexity in my returns. However, its been a very difficult process dealing with them. They said they can help me, but after many trips to their office I had to figure out the tax issue myself. Plus I found 2 errors that I fixed and got a larger return. Overall I'm very disappointed. Either hire a real tax attorney or stick with online tax returns
