Recently I got a notice from my mortgage company that my insurance was not paid -- yet they are the ones who pay it out of the escrow funds! I was pleased to learn that this happens but there will be no lapse in coverage and compliance is assured. I think I called on a Friday after work hours and was pleased to receive a call back as soon as it was possible.

Alex found me a flood policy that was much lower than quoted from my previous insurance company. Also, she tried to get me a lower quote on my auto and found that it was in line with other insurers. However,she told me that in the state of Florida if I have low mileage I could possibly get a reduced rate. I called my present policy insurer and sure enough they took 50.00 off my bill.Thank you for your knowledge and expert advise.
