I cannot say enough about this pharmacy. I needed literally life saving medicine I couldn't find anywhere at any pharmacy. Not only did they have it they called my pharmacy for me to transfer and filled it fast. I am so grateful to them. I wish I could remember the techs name that helped me through this. She was amazing and literally helped save my life. I will never forget this. Thank you all so much. Words just aren't enough

Today is my first time using health first pharmacy to fill my prescriptions and I already feel great about the experience. My pharmacy of ten years recently closed and I was in quite the panic for awhile until Josh was able to help get me situated! Thank you!!!Update:Medications filled successfully special thanks to Carly and Wilburn!!!

never knew that Health First had a pharmacy near the hospital. Couldn’t find a certain prescription called them up and Josh was excellent and helping me locate not only the prescription but expediting filling it. The rest of the team from the front desk lady to the pharmacist were very accommodating friendly and outgoing. It would be fantastic if all pharmacies operated like this. Now I know the best pharmacy to go to in Melbourne.

This Pharmacy is inside a convoluted and very hard to find basement of the Holmes Hospital. There are no signs from the outside or inside of the hospital to direct you to it and I asked many hospital workers how to get to the pharmacy and they said they didn't know where THE PHARMACY was located. Twice I drove over an hour to pick up one Refill for my medication and I was refused service although my insurance had approved my medication to be picked up(I checked with another pharmacy and they said that there was no problem to pickup my meds on that day with my insurance plan approving it already). I found the pharmacy employee--- RX drop off clerk and her manager non-caring and incompetent , laughing at me when I got upset and said I drove over an hour to pick up my prescription two times in the past two or three weeks without success. After I left the pharmacy and called to complain to the pharmacy manager, Steve Beres , the manager of the pharmacy called to apologize for his workers lack of customer service initiatives to help resolve a simple matter. What if I had a life threatening condition that my life depended on these meds???????? I am utterly disgusted with this place. I told them I will never be back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Convenient pharmacy with minimal wait time and friendly staff. Not having Sunday hours is occasionally a pain but otherwise great.
