They’re always very friendly, and if you are disabled, you can sit down and wait for your turn, instead of having to stand in line forever

Very good to deal with. When I got out of the hospital I couldn't get out of my home and they delivered right away and that was a God send. Thanks

I just want to say I am extremely happy with the service. It was beyond my expectations. Had a medication at a non-preferred pharmacy to which my copay was high. Called them to transfer. Wanted mail order as the locations are not convenient and therefore, being a new maintenance medication would give me a reason not to take it! They said mail order might take a few days but since you need this new therapy we can to courier. They actually transferred and delivered the same day! It was a total surprise that had gone beyond any retail pharmacies expectations. I am happy to be a customer that they have gained! And the courier was very nice!!!Thank you!

Reviews, reviews, reviews...Everybody wants them except when they are not in favor of the company...The problem I have with them is after 1 good service some companies expect or ask you for a 5 star review and I have definitely had to eat my kind words after writing such a great review on my 1 good service & the next time was less than favorable or even horrible. So this review is based upon my honest & sincere experiences from the Health First family pharmacy inside of the Holmes Hospital over a period of more than 5 years and emphasizing the last 4 to 6 months of service as I get no less than 6 prescriptions filled there every month. My journey there did not start out so wonderful... The management at that time was much less than professional or caring in my opinion and as anyone in business knows that when you have a very low moral leader or leaders at the top it just rolls down hill & infects many of the others and after multiple bad experiences with either the people working up front or the pharmacists themselves I finally had enough of what I felt was at the very least, extremely uncompassionate employees, I finally asked to speak with management and found that this option was not an option, they were simply not willing to listen to anything I tried to say about my personal issues & circumstances etc. I was just another number & made to feel like they could care less about me or the business I brought them every month that was in the thousands of dollars...Fast forward- Obviously, somebody was watching & listening because, I am VERY pleased to say, ever since I noticed that there was new managements pictures up on their wall, over time I have experienced such new, pleasant, extremely caring & outstanding service oriented help & smiling faces from the staff in the front bays to the pharmacists etc.I was not sure if this was just too good to be true so I purposely did not write about it until now hoping it was not just that one or two good experiences I had then it would all happen again. So wouldn't you know, I encountered a pretty major problem with a new insurance plan that was quite devastating to me both medicinally & financially and I was absolutely discouraged having to "TRY" to go in and explain my situation again to others that I thought might not care based upon past experiences there.I was met with a gentleman that greeted me with a smile & introduced himself as Steve, the manager. What I noticed right off the bat was that Steve was an extremely professional, compassionate, immensely great listener that seemed to truly care about my situation, my business with them and more than anything, the respect he showed me as a human being, not just a number! The definition of a leader to me is "someone who inspires passion & motivation in followers, has a vision & creates path's to achieve them, ensures their team that they have the support & tools necessary to realize the goals that have been set in place".Over the last 4 to 6 months I have seen & spoke directly to nothing but what appears to be happy, engaging & caring employees and being a manager/leader myself in business, it is obvious that drastic changes have been made here and it all, again, starts at the top. I applaud you Steve Beres, you certainly appear to echo my definition of a leader. So this review is not only for my personal desire to thank Mr. Steve Beres as well as his fantastic supervisor Carrie Durand for all of their time spent helping me to find solutions to my many challenges but it is in hopes of blessing others that for what ever reasons they are not happy with their pharmacy that if this is read by them, they too will have good reason to switch. Nothing worse than terrible customer service, especially when you are not feeling well. Please share my advice that this team truly cares, they are problem solvers & I am so appreciative!Cheers to you Mr. Beres & team @ HFPP in Holmes Hospital

Called to verify my prescriptions were ready. They said yes sir they are ready. 31 minute wait after my arrival for them to fill 4 items. Even after the wait they gave me the wrong drug on one of my prescriptions. Avoid! They have no idea what they're doing. Go elsewhere

I have only had excellent service here. My prescriptions are always filled on time. I have had several occasions where my medications were shipped to the house also. The staff are always very polite and helpful. My only thing is I wish they had a drive up.

I have had a VERY BAD experience with Health First Pharmacy. Last September they overdosed me with an incorrect Thyroid medicine giving me 10 times my normal dose. This caused a whole host of health problems including my heart going into A-Fib. In the beginning the Pharmacy manager admitted the mistake and told me all along with the director concurring they would pick up all my bills associated with the overdose. After several months and Cardioversion, a new Director decided they wouldn’t pay for anything. And since the State of Florida doesn’t allow you to sue for prescription overdose unless it causes death. I get nothing and have to live with the remaining symptoms.

It’s only one reason I use this pharmacy, but every time it’s always been something. For example if I go there to drop off and wait for a prescription it can take
