It's one of the better complexes on Palm Bay Rd, but they have a lot of subletters in this place! There really is no way to regulate that unfortunately, so it is what it is. Some apartments next to us have 4-5 people living in them and we know all of them aren't listed at the office.

I love where I live and the apartments are well taken care of. I have two porches and a pool for the summer. It’s a lovely environment.
