this shop damaged my nissan 370z and wont take responsibility. they couldnt handle the job replacing my convertible top. they refuse to fix the mechanical problems they caused with my car. it now beeps and wont stop, they stripped the manual open, left the release dettached in the trunk. shady unethical unprofessional crew that just denys facts. i had an inspection at nissan and they want 18k to fix it. steer clear of this shop who hacked my car up. very unhappy.
they made it look good cosmetically only. unbelieveable. owner is a liar and a cheat.

There were zero mechanical issues with the top prior to this guys work. He’s the only one who touched it and Nissan proved that it was indeed his fault. Whatever he did was a ticking time bomb and he’s trying to save face by blaming the parts and warranty. Facts are facts. Stand behind your work and fix the damage or reap the consequences of doing shady business. I would advise everyone to stay away! Stick to covering chairs.

I don’t know where Hank is but I can assure you that Jeff and the crew at Hanks Upholstery are the real deal. My Subaru developed a large tear on the front seat; Hanks Upholstery repaired it perfectly. There is not even one tiny difference between the repaired surface and the original seat cover. Jeff delivered the repair in one day and at the exact estimated price. Exemplary service and craftsmanship…go see Hank! Or Jeff.

Outstanding work in a very reasonable time.
Sent them the seat for my dirtbike to get recovered, and have the foam rebuild. They did it better than OEM.
So happy with the work performed and will be using them again for future endeavors.

They did an perfect job on the stitching on Mini Cooper seat. Was lucky enough to have to wait for my ride home so had time to visit with the friendly crew, and also see how careful they were with other projects.

Jeff and team at Hanks are exceptional. They repaired a large tear on the front seat of my Subaru ...the fix is perfect! I cannot tell the repaired section from the factory upholstery even in the bright Florida sun. Jeff's initial estimate was the final price and was a great value. The work was completed in the estimated timeframe... I could not have been more pleased.it almost makes me wish I had more things to have reupholstered!Question though...where the heck is Hank?

Hank’s Upholstery did an outstanding job recovering the arms of our couch. They came and took the arms off the couch and brought them to their shop so I didn’t have to transport the large couch.They take pride in their work and did an artist’s job changing the material on the arms from rattan to material that matched beautifully.Easy to work with and very responsive with any questions.Reasonably priced and they are our go to now for any upholstery to be done!Bottom line is they care about their work and the customer!Service: Upholstery installation

Picked up my car and the new driver seat looks perfect. Better than new. It's amazing how closey it matches the rest of the car, but it's only the first day so I may repost later. We'll see how it goes. There is a one-year warranty though. I was happy to hear about that.
