I had my hair cut today by Roxana. This was my first time seeing her. I was concerned about getting too much cut off. She took the time to discuss what I wanted, and she showed me how much she would cut before she cut my hair. I am happy to say that she did a great job cutting my hair and styling my hair. Thanks Roxana my hair looks beautiful!

I give this review two stars because the hair dresser was actually decent and highlighted and cut my hair well. However, Roxana was totally unprofessional. First, she was almost 15 minutes late to our first (and only) appointment. Granted it was the first appointment (at 10:00 AM on a Monday), but that's still pretty inexcusable from a professionalism POV. Second, I made a follow up appointment six weeks later, but I never, ever heard from Roxana again. (I relied on the confirmation call, usually made the business day prior, which I never received. In fact, I never heard from Roxana again. Crappy customer service.

I don’t normally leave bad reviews. I will start with the positive. My hair was just like the picture and so was my friends. We were both happy with the look and was done in 30 mins each. Both friendly.Negatives:Appointment was for 2:30 for hair and makeup for 2 people a appointment was made weeks in advance. For something that should have at most taken 2 hours took 4 hours. Late to where we needed to be.For the hair got a updo nothing crazy cost $70. Hair was not washed or blowed dried. This is WAY over priced!Makeup was $80 not a bad price if it is quality makeup used and looks nice. I asked for a natural look. It was far from natural my eyes were covered in blue eyes shadow. And the make up was so caked on it was horrible. I wish I had a picture to show but it was so bad I couldn’t even do it. They used very cheap makeup products like NYX. They new were coming in and didn’t have hardly any natural looking eyelashes to pick from. My friend had to ask for them. They lady didn’t show me a mirror and ask if I like lid it or anything. Once I got to my location I had to take off the eye shadow and try and get some of the makeup off my face! It was horrible. I don’t recommend getting your makeup done here.When I paid and was told the price my jaw almost dropped. $158 for something I wasn’t super happy with. In orlando you get way better service for a lot cheaper. When I called 5 mins after leaving to have her explain why it was so expensive. There was no answer. I left a voicemail and still no return call. That’s not good for business.I will not be going back.Services: Hairstyling

We moved from out of state last year and I put off finding a new salon for as long as possible. Roxana made me wish I hadn't waited so long. She didn't make me feel ridiculous for going so long between haircuts and was patient as I kind of rambled about what I wanted. I really like my hair for the first time in months. She gave me a great haircut and was really nice to talk with while she worked.
