The customer service is AMAZING!! I picked up my ring from being repaired and literally cried when I saw the result. The ring had a split in the middle of our wedding date inscription and knew the inscription would be removed, which really made me sad but I needed the ring to be fixed. To my absolute surprise the inscription was there and I was so moved by their thoughtfulness that it brought tears to my eyes. Genna Jewelrys is now our family jewelers.

Pros: Fast Service, options for expedited repairs, decent selection of jewelry, Decent repairs when done correctlyCons: Mistake Prone. Probably better options in the area out there ?♂️I personally had a poor experience with them and wouldn't recommend their services to anyone.I brought in an 18k necklace that needed to be repaired w an 18k clasp alongside with some silver rings that needed to be resized and repaired. They replaced the clasp of my necklace with the wrong karat of gold (14k) and I didn't notice until I picked it up and was ready to drive off with it.I went in and asked the associate about the wrong clasp and the sale associate said that, since I actually got a discount on my order, (the guy who took my order gave me one due to the size/expedited process I'm guessing) that if I wanted the right clasp then I was to pay the original price for it. I wish I was joking.The same associate also told me that the only way I could receive my jewelry back is if I was "OK" with it, otherwise they'd keep it to "fix" (another employee tried to intervene by saying that they could fix it if I kept it there another week) . Unfortunately, since I had a flight to catch and the jewelry repair was a time sensitive matter (which is why I paid extra for it to be expedited ?) , I didn't have time to stand around and argue with whatever nonsense they were spouting so I left with it in tow and vengeance in my heart.If you do choose this business, make sure to carefully check over their work. I don't think that this was done purposely because on my order sheet there was no written carat specification (which the disgruntled repair person pointed out) and the repair person probably thought it was for a 14k clasp based on the "discount". Plus, the repairs are holding up well. Regardless, I don't think it was handled very well or professionally.

You have to love and independent family owned jeweler. What a great experience from start to finish. I had a custom ring made for my wife and Ericka spent a lot of time getting it just right. From showing dozens of settings and bringing in large stones to pick from. After 6 weeks as promised the ring created and it absolutely gorgeous! If you’re thinking about any kind of jewelry Genna would be my first stop and only! Thank you all for taking care of us and the amazing ring! We will be back!

My wedding ring had a loose diamond and they fixed it at a very reasonable price. They took the time to explain what was going to be done, I then got a quote over the phone and it was fine the next day. Perfect service!And they have a large choice of very pretty and origins jewelry to choose from if looking for a new best friends ?
