From the sales aspect, design, communication, project management, detailed responses to concerns,questions, and preferences in design details, All of it was ABOVE AND BEYOND 5 STARS! For a highly anxious, OCD homeowner who likes to be included in the process this is a HUGE accomplishment. They let me visit the manufacturing bay on the day the frame was welded, walked me through granite countertop selections twice and responded after hours multiple times even when it could have waited til the next business day. “I needed an ice cream scoop and a travel coffee mug today. I found those and more in an inviting, joyful welcoming thrift store. This place no only my ice cream scoop but half priced table linens. I had ridden my bike and had to return home to get money ( I headed out on a bike ride then remembered my bigger plan so returned home to get some cash). I chose too many thinks for my cash. The nice man behind me offered me a $5 bill to complete my purchases. It ended up not being necessary. That is what kind of place Vintage Thrift Store attracts. Reuse is not only good for our planet but for our souls. OH I forgot, a man was playing the piano in the store! IT WAS FANTASTIC!!! It really kept me shopping just to hear his playing and singing. “I don’t know where Hank is but I can assure you that Jeff and the crew at Hanks Upholstery are the real deal. My Subaru developed a large tear on the front seat; Hanks Upholstery repaired it perfectly. There is not even one tiny difference between the repaired surface and the original seat cover. Jeff delivered the repair in one day and at the exact estimated price. Exemplary service and craftsmanship…go see Hank! Or Jeff.”

“Palm Casual Patio Furniture store in Melbourne recently repaired our PVC pool furniture "under warranty" at no cost. They replaced five cracked fittings. The furniture was at least ten years old and I'm not sure it was even purchased at their store. Excellent service and very nice people. We bought our porch table and chairs there about four years ago. Very comfortable, high quality and holding up nicely at the ocean.”

“Great spot for eclectic and different home decor (very similar to a Pier One), but our very favorite sections are the beer & wine and the international foods. Awesome selection, especially of Italian, German, and Japanese foods. We always have a blast picking out new treats to try out. Our last haul included mochi, canned bubble tea, Australian licorice, German spaetzle mix, baking marzipan, as well as Italian pastries and hard cider. It always feels like a treasure hunt picking out something new.”

I would say there are three levels of this type of furniture and each level is about a 15% increase in quality and price. I would say this is the highest quality at a mid-level price. I did find a cheaper chair at Costco, but they use steel screws, epic fail and rust disaster!!! I could not be happier with my purchase from Tropicasual.”

“We love our sleepnumber bed. It was pricey as were the pillows, but so comfortable and flexible. Only downside is the split top king you end up with this crevice which is a bit uncomfortable if anyone ends up in the middle including kids and pets.”
