My husband and I had the best experience! As many Floridians have experienced, our premium was increased significantly. Kirsten reached out to us to discuss the increase and our options. She was informative, responsive, fast, and all around amazing, and she ultimately helped us find a better premium with another carrier. Learning about our premium and realizing we needed a new carrier spiked our anxiety and stress, but Kirsten made the process so easy that the negative feelings melted away.
