Absolutely trash of a company.They do not send out bills only emails.There is one lady that runs the billing department that is never available so you can never pay your bill. Internet hardly ever works when you called to put in an order to get it fixed or looked at they never show up. I have been a long time customer and have multiple houses under their Wi-Fi but that is soon going to change.

I have avoided writing a one star review for close to six months, hoping that this company would get it together, but clearly they can’t. Customer service is nonexistent. If you call with an issue, you’ll be met with an answering service who put in a ticket and that is where the communication ends. Nobody from their support side will ever call you or investigate service issues. This is the second time this month that we have been down without Internet for almost 24 hours and nobody at the company seems to care to respond or get it up and working. On top of that, this company has lied to the residence of my neighborhood for years in regards to getting fiber network up and running in the area. Supposedly, they were awarded the project of installing fiber Internet in my neighborhood, and yet never seem to be out here working. They do conveniently, however, dump all of their equipment on the easements all throughout our neighborhood, making it look like a complete trash zone. People on my neighborhood Facebook groups are constantly complaining about their service and lack of customer service. If there are any other Internet options in your area, I highly suggest you look into one of those versus this company. Outages are understandable, refusing to communicate with your customers who paid to keep you in business is unacceptable.

I have had their service for about 4 years, and today is the first issue I have ever had. A peice of equipment quit working, and they had to replace it. Once they got here, it was 30 minutes, and I was back up and running.The thing I like most about their service is that even during heavy storms I have excellent internet. No lags or cut outs.Thank you guys for your internet service.

We’ve used fhsi for over six years and they are incredible! No wait on the phone, ever, and customer service is amazing every time. A few days ago a technician came out to our home in a rural area to help with our connection. He moved the dish across property and was so nice! Thanks Brad for helping my family stay connected to the world.

Worst ISP I have ever had. Continually losing internet, and all they seem to have for after hours support is an answering service. Can't wait for another ISP to move into my area, so I can dump them. They also can't ever get my internet speed correct. Another day without internet. Wife requested to speak with operations manager, but can't even get a call back. Have now contacted FHSI 5 times today. They must have the worst technicians in the business. Still no call from the operations manager. Finally caught the operations manager who basically told me there was nothing they could do to fix my internet. This is now day 4.

I have had FLHSI for almost 2 yrs. The last month has been TERRIBLE. I work Remotely from home and I have had to call tech support aka FLHSI answering service that cant do anything besides place a ticket that you will NEVER hear about again because no one will call you nearly everyday. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Customer Service is the ABSOLUTE WORST!

When we first got it internet was great. Than after a few months it started going out more & more. Can't get ahold of anyone in the company just an answering service.

We have had them for a few years and love them. David is a Rock Star and is always willing to help and fix any problems that might come up. David was super helpful, professional and kind today as always. He left me smiling and happy after his assistants not to mention go me back up and going. Thank you David for being so AWESOME!!

Much better internet speeds than AT&T for my complex. 10/1 is the best AT&T offers, 30/30 or better is typical for my FHSI.

I love that when I call an actual person answers the phone. If we have an outage or any kind of connection problems they are very helpful and get the problem fixed very quickly.

FLHSI was highly recommended by several friends so we are testing it out for ourselves. Seems to be working great right now! Much more affordable and faster than our AT&T service. Anytime I wanted to talk to someone, I had a two way conversation with a human and not a machine, and did not need to press any buttons to choose a language!! Brad performed the install. He went above and beyond what a typical install would normally be including climbing under the house via a crawl space and more! He did it all with a smile on his face and perfect attitude! Very pleasant gentleman!

We've been with FLHSI for probably 6+ years even after fiber and cable came in our neighborhood. Reliability has been very good. They have always been responsive for me during business hours. I really like that you get a symmetrical connection like you would with fiber (similar upload & download speeds, unlike cable). Only wish they could figure out a way to push like 200-300mb connection out to me now that 4k streaming is a thing.

Great customer service- we purchased new phones from them right beforethe quarantine and our folks working from home just plugged their phones in at home and we where ready to serve our clients. It went way better than expected.
