Five below on route 192 New Haven Road is absolutely an amazing store. So much stuff. So friendly employees didn't mind spending money there.

Incredibly rude. Laughs at the customers if they need something and then talks about the customer when they come back into the store and tell them that they don't have manors. The "managers' engaged this behavior. Children who were also with the young lady. The lady just needed to exchange something and they did everything but spit in her face and told her to leave because they wouldn't help her. She came back with what they asked for they then basically yelled at her thatShe needed to get back to line in which he already stood in already this location needs new management and associates. I will no longer return to this location and I left my cart and drived to another store. I hope she has a better day. I hope she doesn't return to this location either

My kids love Five Below, and so do I. It's a great place to bring them as a reward for doing a good job and it doesn't cost me much! The place is clean and well kept, and the staff is friendly.

Very clean! Small appliances, cell phone accessories, makeup for teens, small toys, party supplies, games, puzzles, stocking stuffers, a large amount of good candy, even the best candy you can barely get anywhere anymore! They sell pool lounge and pool toys as well. They sell t-shirts for very low prices! They have many chilled drinks here, no alcohol , but cokes and energy drinks, also there is cold bottles of water for purchase! The employees are all very friendly and professional here. Five stars. It is a crowded store but a good store.
