This FedEx is one of the places to go if you want the staff to be efficient, kind, and informative. Every single time I have been in, all of the staff is courteous, detailed oriented, and multidextrous.

Drivers routinely break traffic laws and demonstrate a lack of safety concern. There is no listed phone number for this location, only the 800 number staffed by foreigners.

Had a problem with an overnight package and the lady on the phone told me to get over it because there just car parts. So I had to call our suppliers and have Fedex taken off our shipping list. We only use UPS for now on.

I have to say I am not a fan of needing to ship anything. These people were so helpful. It’s nice to see such a knowledgeable group of people willing to go above and beyond to help someone understand the pricing, process etc. so thankful to you all!! I will always use this location for my shipping needs.

Bryanna at the FedEx Shipping station on Dow Rd, Melbourne, FL was absolutely FANTASTIC!! Very pleasant, knowledgeable, and patient! I truly appreciated her assistance.

Absolutely awful. Have had the misfortunate of getting various packages delivered by this FedEx location throughout the years, and the driver has falsley claimed they attempted delivery every single time. My most recent experience, the driver 'attempted' to deliver twice with my package stuck in limbo. Hours of customer service calls later, I'm informed my package isn't available to be picked up at location and will 'attempt delivery' the next business day. Any single package I've ever had from FedEx has gone like this.
