Useless FedEx location that can’t do anything except help you tape a package. Employees are rude and incompetent

Tried to drop off Apple trade-in package, only to have employees be dismissive towards me and rudely state they can’t take package because of battery. Nowhere on website does it say no battery drop off. Go to an actual FedEx location.

Closed at 8:00 PM. claim they were closing at 9pm. Should have update the website. Not the only person to be disappointed.
