Because of Eric’s arrogance and his entitled attitude toward policy holders. Also his snide comments on how he responds to these review are unprofessional and against google best practicing The last review is right, as the customer we do have some say In How we prefer to do business. The customer may not always be right, but I’m not going to allow Eric to continue to take advantage of me. I encourage everyone else who has had this type of service to post a review since Eric is so proud of his great reviews which are painting a false image about him. Farmers did me a favor
By dropping me so I no longer have to deal with this agent.

I second the person that said people should rate how reliable they are. I finally had phone call returned by Eric after I left a voicemail for the 3rd time in the past 3 weeks. During this call he stated its perfectly acceptable to him to email a customer back that asked multiple times for a phone call because its impossible for him to return calls. What a joke. Is anyone paying attention to the insurance situation in the State of Florida? When a client calls because Their policy is up on 3/31 and there are questions with the renewal because the property will be up for sale and requests a call back, how is an email acceptable? The CLIENT selects the preferred method of contact, not the business trying to earn the patronage. I was told numerous time, best of luck. Also, I was told to look at his reviews. If you are that pompous, I don't need you representing me. We all know reviews are asked for, and not 100% organic except for the reviews like this. I run a a business as well, I know how this works. I don't need luck. As I'm writing this message I'm on the phone finalizing the details my new insurance policy. For the record, I got off the phone with Luzar 11 minutes ago, and I already have a new policy lined up. But he's too busy... I wonder if he'll even respond to the BBB claim about to filed against him? I'm not the only one that uses him, and the person that referred me to him has the same complaint. Interesting.

I have been with Farmers since 2019 and the unprofessionalism I received in my transition to a different company was just appalling.They have honestly been super helpful throughout my time with them, but I received a notice of non-renewal for my home insurance.I began looking for coverage for my home because I did not even think staying with Farmers was an option. My roof was replaced with a claim back last year and I figured that Farmers had access to see that this had occurred.Then, I received the following via email, “You took advantage of the carrier and are exactly the type of person who is causing the insurance crisis we are in. Farmers and we took great care of you and you totally screw us. Good luck”Ultimately, it is never ok to be unprofessional and it leaves a sour taste in what had been good service throughout.

Eric's office has a serious problem answering questions especially when Sara is involved. Sara does not like people who call on the phone, everything has to be done thru email to satisfy her needs. Quite rude and even Eric did not stop her when Sara would not let me speak. To all those out there, if you have questions about your policy and do not do it Sara's way, be prepared to be treating extremely poorly and quite rude.

The staff at Eric Luzar Farmers Insurance is the best we have ever encountered, which includes our home town of Bloomington IL, the State Farm home. Eric and his staff are attentive to every need. They respond quickly, and have timely and accurate information. We are very happy with our relationship. Lastly, they work hard to serve us as though we are their most important customer. Thanks.

Horrible customer service, terrible attitudes, rather than try and help by providing information or following up, they berate and belittle customers. I happily switched to Progressive.

Horrible customer service. Rather than helping clients resolve issues, they project bad attitudes and a refusal to assist. "Call 1800 Farmers, Have a nice day! " is the typical response. I switched to progressive. Stay away!

Krystal has been oustanding and provides good old fashioned customer service. She handled everything from scheduling the inspection and getting the policy setup with our mortgage company in escrow. The best part was the policy not only was the best price around but was lower than the intial quote. Thank you so much for going above and beyond.
