1. Easy online reservations.
2. Less expensive than other locations.
3. Only 1 mile from beachside off Eau Gallie.
4. Space available because location is off the main sight of traffic.
5. I spoke with live people when I called with questions at both the main 800 number as well as the local location.
6. The on site manager, Joseph, is very polite, knowledgeable.
7. Climate controlled.
8. Safe and easy access.
9. Highly recommend!

Edited: absolutely great experience. Very helpful closing out my unit. Very helpful when I'd forgotten the gate code. Professional and kind. Highly recommend. Thank you to Joe and Eve to at storage king USA st Claire Street Florida. Oh... Units are clean, well maintained and easily accessible.

Great experience overall.
Paperwork process is consuming and tedious and not very customer friendly, but Joe the Manager was right there to assist and walk me through it on my phone and their App.
All buildings and Storage units were clean, tightly and secure on my initial visit and when I returned with my things.
The only negative is there is no hand truck or dolly to use to move items in or out or up and down the ramps unless you're there while the office is open. It would be more customer friendly if they were available inside the storage buildings.
I also took advantage and used the wonderful offers on their web site to get 50% off the unit rental cost for 3 months when signing up. Don't miss the savings!!!!! Satisfied Customer in Melbourne FL. Thanks again Joe for all the help! Your customer Service was and is Top Notch
