I asked the stocker where can I find extension cords after searching on my own ? His answer was he didn’t know because he was moving everything around and never bothered to help me. Poor poor customer service!

Who is this new manager with an attitude? Shes so disrespectful and mean to her workers. She was talking about someone who wasn't even in the store. Nothing but negativity and I had to listen to it. Well I shook my head and stopped shopping. Just walked out. If this is how she treats her workers and talks about them, I'd respect them if they all left one day and closed the store. I thought people would smarten up by now and treat people with respect. This lady is pure evil. Hope she doesn't last long because i live close by. Maybe I'll come at night when she's not here.

Horrible experience. I ordered online for pickup and the order was cancelled about 2 minutes later with no explanation. I decide to go to the store to see if maybe 1 or more of my items was out (even though the app indicates they have 20). I get to the store and look around and don't see the item so I go up to the cashier to ask if she can look up inventory. She said she had no way to check inventory. I'm not even sure how's that's possible but she calls for another worker in one of the aisles that I think may have been the manager. She comes over and I show her the app that says they have 20 and all she says is "you can't believe the internet". Um, it's the store's app. I then asked if she knew if they had any of the item anywhere and all she did was say where the items would be (leaving out several locations that I saw myself). Neither worker stepped out from behind the checkout area and neither offered to help or go in the back to look. Horrible customer service. I will not be back.

Katie and Krystal are wonderful. Helped me every time I'm in the store. I come in today and the new manager I think her name said Tonya. She's a disgrace. I refuse to come in here while she's working. So rude and doesn't seem to know what she's doing. I'll travel to another store to avoid her.

Keaton and Spencer are the BEST. Every time I come in they greet me with a smile. I work up the street and this is my go to location. I have never felt more welcomed in a dollar general then I do when I come to this store. 99 percent of the time I go to this location they are usually working and it doesnt matter what time of day, that's dedication especially since I know working in retail it is hard to find good help. Bravo to selecting such nice and helpful people to run this store. Additionally, my employees enjoy going to this location as well if I ask them to make a run to the store for cleaning supplies or the crazy amount of candy we purchased during the holidays.
