Family owned place that takes a personal interest to make sure the colors and textures are really what you need and goes well in your house. They are up front and honest with their quotes. Very reasonable prices. They make sure it is installed perfectly. Great job!!!

The owner is a known horse theif and was just recently caught in the act of crabgrass Rd in st cloud. Him and his girlfriend both were caught trying to load up 3 horses into a trailer that is under his name and a titan of the gold color pulling it and there's even pictures of his girlfriend being chased away and him running and jumping into the truck / trying to hide fr the horse owner that is videoing him and her and they had lied to the owners of the horses saying they were only there trying to find there lost horse but kinda funny they leave without even trying to go look for their lost horse, that's when u kinda know without a doubt they r lying bc anyone who actually lost a horse would try to continue looking and wouldn't be trying to load up anyone else's horses either so once again they confirm they r nothing but horse theives!!!!!! Facebook and search Joseph Steve block and u will see a picture of him with a blunt looking thing hanging out of his mouth with a girl sitting next to him using a phone inside a truck his gold titan watch the movie and judge for urself if u really want to do business with ppl like that!!! If I could put a negative review, I would. The install was a poor job. We had a professional flooring company remove the flooring because the flooring was warping. We contacted Got Wood and reviewed our problem. They initially told us the problem was the product not the install. They would not honor the install since it was 2 years after the install. They said the install was perfect. The flooring company told us it was the install. Welater found out from the professional flooring company, the install did not prepare the floor prior to the install correctly. At the end of August I was in the hospital, so my wife had contact with David from Got Wood, who used a lot of profanity in talking to my wife. Needless to say we will never look to this company for any work. We will never recommend this company to anyoneService: Floor fitting

This company will not rectify a poor install job. The job has been seen by other companies as well as the company who supplied the material. All believe this was a poor installation job. The above company will not take any responsibility for this installation. Please note also the spokesman when we finally contacted him after numerous months took no responsibility for this poor installation, and used profanity when speaking to my wife. I would urge any customers to take heed when dealing with this company.
