I was going to go to Home Depot or Lowes, but rather than buy a new fan, Patti and Nick helped me replace the capacitor in my fan and save hundreds of dollars. They even did the repair for no extra cost. Awesome customer service and great value! It is so nice to have these specialty stores nearby.

We love Dan’s fans! You can design your fan to make it your own and the quality is outstanding. Patti helped us with our purchase and is very pleasant and helpful. I like that the warranty on the fan motor is a lifetime warranty. The true reason we prefer Dan’s Fans over box stores is how powerful the motor is. We are repeat customers and highly recommend Dan’s Fan City!!!

Manager Rick was an absolute pleasure and an expert salesman. He taught me so much about the fans and about the best one for my needs. They provide installation, lights and remotes for all the fans that don't come with them. Lots of blade choices too. I highly recommend Dan's Fan City and they're open on Sundays. Enjoy the store! Forget about big box stores. Can't find anyone to take the time to answer questions. Patti, the manager of store 014, was able to answer all of my questions. I got quite an education in ceiling fans. I quickly realized that the products sold at Dan's Fan City are far superior to other brands. They're a Florida company, manufacturing and servicing their own product. Their customer service is outstanding. Quality product, excellent warranties.
