My Nana and I went to get a family heirloom ring fixed. It was missing a baguette diamond and needed to be resized. Damon was so quick at getting it fixed and wonderful to chat with. He really knows his stuff! Will 100% recommend to anyone in need of jewelry to be repaired. Also, has a nice collection of jewelry there.

I cant say enough good things about Damon. I brought him a family heirloom ring which I thought was beyond repair. It traces four generations, but was missing stones and was much too small. He made all of the repairs for me. The ring fits, it looks exquisite, and was much less costly than expected. I would absolutely trust him with my family treasures in the future.

I use Damon to replace the battery in my watch, which has to be the easiest task for a jeweler or watch repairman, so I'm completely satisfied.He does have an "unusual" personality. I can understand the complaint of the woman below who gave a one-star rating. Frankly, I would not entrust a job to him such as she wanted. I'd go to a larger jewelry store that has a lot of business and does a lot of custom work. Such a store almost always has at least one customer - usually more - browsing or buying, all day long.He may have a lot of knowledge (he correctly identified my Swiss Tissot watch as a knockoff), but I often wonder how he stays in business, because every time I go for a battery (four times in the past two years), I wait at least 10 minutes at different times of the day and never have seen another customer. Forging a new ring from other ones is a highly technical task. He must have enough customers to pay the bills and live....unless he's into "something else," or is independently wealthy from family money.
