Busy location. Pharmacy staff is excellent. The trend in the negative reviews is because of wait times. CVS is putting in a new location at Stadium and Viera, this should alleviate wait times.

Every time I have had a prescription sent to this pharmacy for me or a member of my family, they claim that they haven’t received it. It doesn’t matter which doctor’s office sends it, they don’t receive it. They clearly have an issue on their end that needs to be addressed since this has been going on for years.

Scripts are never filled quickly. There is always a line. I don't know if they are understaffed but attempting to contact the pharmacy them by phone is pointless and leads straight to a voicemail that may or may not be responded to.

The store in good. However, the pharmacy is slow when attending customers or waiting for a vaccine. Either, they are short staffed and overwhelmed, or just really slow. If you are considering receiving vaccine here, I recommend not too and looking elsewhere.

WORST CVS PHARMACY I’VE EVER BEEN TO!!! This is by far the slowest, don’t answer the phone, and never have prescriptions ready. Get ready to take two trips every time or stay for 45 minutes.

There was an older gentleman in front of me in line purchasing a gift card telling the clerk Giovanni he needed to send the number on the back of the card to a guy. The clerk talked to determining that this was not someone the gentleman knew well. He politely informed him that the cards like that were being abused in scams. After a minute more the clerk politely and respectfully said because of the scams I do not feel comfortable selling you this card today. I was impressed not only by Giovanni but by CVS itself that they empowered their employees to make a judgement call. I hope the gentleman takes a beat before sending his money away. Giovanni was incredible!

Always terrible customer service. Prescriptions are never ready when they say. Either hound you to death something is ready or never let you know. Latest incident, called on Monday and was told it was ready. Went there on Thursday and was told it was returned to stock because I didn't pick it up soon enough. Unbelievable.

Franklin was so helpful he made sure my photo gift was made quickly and took the time to adjust the image to make sure it was correct after walgreens has messed up the image. I was so thankful!
