Worst experience I have ever had at any CVS because of the manager here. The manager is arrogant, extremely rude, thinks he is an expert at everything and does NOT know how to treat customers. He is the one who made the mistake but argued with me and tried to make me look like the one in the wrong. Also basically accused me of lying about the situation when I knew I was in the right and had done nothing wrong. He obviously doesn’t care about the customers or the experience we have at his store. He definitely doesn’t deserve to be manager and is going to continue causing good, long time customers to stop going to this store. As long as he is the manager at this store I will never enter this store again!! He needs to be removed and replaced immediately

Horrible. I'm trying to get a hold of them to switch my medication to a different CVS and it takes me straight to voicemail after I've gone through all the prompts. Left so many messages with no call back.

Cashier hovers me while I'm at checkout. He's completely rude and out of hand. This has got to be one of the most uncomfortable experiences I've ever had at a CVS. Dude acts like you're stealing. Really uncomfortable interaction. I'm not coming here again

Have had repeated issues with pharmacy not filling medications correctly and when it is addressed via call or in person, they usually have an attitude about it and nothing is really done to correct the ongoing issues.

I recommend this pharmacy bcs they try to serve you with respect and care! I get my prescriptions here , usually. Today I had Uber delivery from here and I got everything I needed in great timing. They have a good stock of merchandise and I really needed a heating pad . The heating pad was affordable! Thank you. Five Stars.

Pharmacy customer service here is severely underwhelming and often-time downright rude. I now happily drive out of my way to the Pineda/Wickham location.No complaints with the general staff/cashier interactions I have had when I see them considering the increasing utilization of self-checkout.

The customer service at the pharmacy is beyond rude. The two pharmacy tech Jennifer and Wildly had attitudes. If the feel that their job is such a burden then maybe get a new job. Then for the Pharmacist to take over and belittle someone when asking questions. It should not take over an hour and half to fill a antibiotic when Publix and Walmart do it in third of the time. I also find it really ironic that when asking for their names the Pharmacist had no problem giving up her pharmacy techs names but not her own.

Steer clear of this pharmacy unless you want to be talked down to and completely disrespected.If I could rate my experiences with this pharmacy in the negative I would. If my insurance didn’t dictate that I use CVS I would be running far away and never looking back.Please heed my warning about this pharmacy and save yourself the trouble and heartache they cause you!

The worst pharmacy experience. Dropped prescriptions off at 1:30 and was told they would be ready in two hours. Went back at 6 to be told they aren’t ready and the guy was there alone and the people in line in the store were waiting. Then he hands the phone (drive thru) to someone else (guess he wasn’t alone!) who proceeded to scream at me and tell me the longer I sat there complaining, the longer it would take them to fill! Both were rude and obnoxious. Hire more staff if it takes you 5 hours to fill a simple Rx.
