They ripped me off. I did an online order for two bottles of Ashwagandha, 120 count. I picked up my order and thought it felt small so I opened it it was two bottles of zinc, 60 count. I went back inside and said this is wrong. They argued with me what my order was even though I showed them the email the order and the complete. I went back and they had no Ashwagandha except for 3 60 count bottles or 180. I took them upfront and I said I don't know what we'll do because we're short 60. The manager just tried to give me two bottles and I was no, I paid for 2 120 count. They keep saying they're going to call me and they haven't gotten anymore but I called bullshit on that. I shouldn't have to go to their damn store daily begging for what I paid for it but they said they can't refund it. I'm going to contact corporate today and I'm going to eat about a yard of their asses as well. I do a lot of business with CVS and my sister used to work for corporate. Don't think I won't call and work my way down getting somebody fired. It's not about the cost as much as it is the principal. They were indignant that I dared to call them out. They're still haughty and indignant that I continue to demand to get what I paid for. If this continues to be a problem I'm moving all my business to Publix or Walgreens. If CVS goes belly up oh too bad. I won't be disrespected when the absolute blatant error was on THEIR end.
I love my pharmacy at the 1800 location however my money still spends good elsewhere.

I'm not sure what is going on with CVS, but it's as though everything is going to mail order, and you can't find items in the store anymore. The three things I went in looking for were non-existent, and everything else had limited quantities/products. It's making me have to think about if carepass is worth it, and back to Walmart tomorrow to get what I couldn't?

This CVS does not do money orders. When the clerk said, "We don't offer that here," I pointed to a sign on the cash register, which says that they're an approved vendor for money orders. She then said, "Our money gram service is broken." Who knows when that will be fixed.

The pharmacy tech(lady) is very nasty to the customers. I am going to change to other CVS down the road because the staff there were much nicer. Most of the customers have health problems and they don't need to leave the pharmacy feeling more stressed and upset. Very bad experience!!!!!!

I arrived just after 9pm with a list of items I needed to purchase. About five minutes into shopping I had to use the restroom but the door was locked. I asked the clerk for key and was told the restroom is “closed for the night.” I told him I’ll have to leave instead of finishing my shopping so he confirmed with a manager that the restrooms close when the pharmacy closes. This is bad for customers and very rude! I spend too much money at CVS to be denied use of the toilet just because the staff decides it’s closed. What kind of nonsense?! This isn’t the ghetto! If you don’t want to allow your patrons to use the restroom just close earlier…I left and went to Walmart. Even with CVS coupons, Walmart is still cheaper AND they have a public restroom available the entire time the store is open. Shame on you CVS.

Pharmacy staff is rude, slow & less than helpful, especially an employee named Jackie. Will not be using this pharmacy again due to her.

Worst experience I have ever had at any CVS because of the manager here. The manager is arrogant, extremely rude, thinks he is an expert at everything and does NOT know how to treat customers. He is the one who made the mistake but argued with me and tried to make me look like the one in the wrong. Also basically accused me of lying about the situation when I knew I was in the right and had done nothing wrong. He obviously doesn’t care about the customers or the experience we have at his store. He definitely doesn’t deserve to be manager and is going to continue causing good, long time customers to stop going to this store. As long as he is the manager at this store I will never enter this store again!! He needs to be removed and replaced immediately

Horrible. I'm trying to get a hold of them to switch my medication to a different CVS and it takes me straight to voicemail after I've gone through all the prompts. Left so many messages with no call back.

Cashier hovers me while I'm at checkout. He's completely rude and out of hand. This has got to be one of the most uncomfortable experiences I've ever had at a CVS. Dude acts like you're stealing. Really uncomfortable interaction. I'm not coming here again

Have had repeated issues with pharmacy not filling medications correctly and when it is addressed via call or in person, they usually have an attitude about it and nothing is really done to correct the ongoing issues.

I recommend this pharmacy bcs they try to serve you with respect and care! I get my prescriptions here , usually. Today I had Uber delivery from here and I got everything I needed in great timing. They have a good stock of merchandise and I really needed a heating pad . The heating pad was affordable! Thank you. Five Stars.
