This pharmacy has the worst customer service. It's a shame that we are forced to use a specific pharmacy by our insurance company. I have had 2 interactions with this pharmacy so far, and both have been horrible. The first time I picked up my rx, when I was reading the disclosure on the keypad before I signed it, the lady that was ringing me up was rushing me and acting like it was bothering her that I was reading it. Then today, I dropped off my daughter's rx at 2:30, and the man told me I would get a call or text when it was ready. Here it is 8:00, I called and it's ready, no call or text! I asked the man on the phone when it was ready and why didn't I get a call, and he said " It doesn't say when it was ready, and i dont know why you didn't get a call. You will have to call corporate." What kind of response is that? Bad customer service. It's almost like they know we have to go there so they don't care!

Cvs is the worst corporation in the world I used to love this pharmacy but some corporate people went in there and blocked my doctor for absolutely no reason he has been practicing medicine for people for like 40 years I hate cvs I love the people at this cvs but I hate the corporate cvs zero stars they are making me pick between my food or medicine cause I have to goto mom and pop pharmacies where I'm charged hundreds of dollars for my meds I don't have insurance cvs has ruined my life in a way not this cvs but the corporate overlords.

Awful Pharmacy. Prescriptions (for common BP drugs) take a couple of days to be filled. Auto refills scheduled but they never get filled, then they send texts asking if I still want my prescriptions. Just a clown show. Finally changed my pharmacy..

I'm new to this area, CVS is a new pharmacy for me. I usually use Walgreens. So this is my first interaction with them, I was just calling to check on a prescription because I didn't receive the text confirmation they said I would get. The gentleman who answered the phone was immediately not nice, but he quickly told me that my prescription would be ready in a half hour. I couldn't even get the words thank you out of my mouth before he hung up on me. I think I'll be looking for a different pharmacy.

Drive thru pickup for Wickham/Aurora is a auto insurance company nightmare. You have two options to get to drive up, which some people prefer verses breathing multiple people germs inside, walking from front of bldg to back of bldg to get to pharmacy/pharmacist.Drive thru one direction requires making it between loading dock poles and tree stump, or right Sharp U-Turn off side street to CVS pharmacy drop off/pick up auto lanes. Which depending how many people are waiting for someone inside to show up at inside window can be a carbon monoxide experience again.

They don’t keep meds in stock. They don’t communicate. I show up days after dropping my script only to find out they don’t have it and didn’t have time to call or text.3 offenses. I’m not going back.

I was trying to get an important medication for my son filled and this CVS pharmacy location was the only pharmacy around my area that had it. I was having issues with my son's MD actually send it and once it was sent there was an insurance issue. The pharmacy staff gave me non-medical advice on how to resolve the issue. Once the issue was resolved and was finally able to get the Rx filled, the pharmacy tech I spoke with was so caring and patient with me. She said that the meds might not be ready until morning but she was able to get them filled tonight. I am so thankful for her kindness and patience she gave me. Just a big THANK YOU to the pharmacy staff at this location. After all the hassle I went through to even find a pharmacy that had this medicine and fill it, the staff here made my experience so great and I definitely recommend them. Thank you again, so much!

They sincerely don't care about the customer. They belittle and berate. My husband was put on an auto refill that he didn't ask for. I just tried to have photos printed and they were on extremely cheap photo paper and completely pixelated. The color aspect was off as well. And when I said they were messed up, the man behind the counter started telling me it was my fault for not knowing what I was purchasing and that they don't print professional photos as a rule. And "what did you expect?" Finally when I swor and said I'd just pay for them so he could throw them away, he told me to take my card out and just leave. Reiterating how I "should know what I am purchasing next time."I'm done with this CVS. Take your money elsewhere and let this CVS finally go under.

I Never had a Problem with this CVS Pharmacy/Store. They have always been Nice and Helpful to Me. The Manager and one of the Cashiers put my water and other items in my Car several times. And TJ she is Awesome. This is my favorite CVS.

I’m shocked at the reviews of the pharmacy. I have been getting mine here for over a year and unfortunately have quite a bit. Never an issue and if there is like w insurance approval, they politely help me in whatever calls need to be made or direct me what to do. Always polite, I wish people would go easier on them. They have a hard job! Be kinder and bring them a thank you gift!

Can't I give no stars? My aunt went to this CVS pharmacy on N Wickham Rd and was terribly mistreated, she's already in her 70s. The worker who gave her the covid shot was very impolite and disrespectful, and didn't even put the cotton pad on her arm after injection. We didn't manage to get his name, but just for reference, he has an Asian look. We won't go back to that CVS ever again! You lost a customer.
