The Pharmacist Richard, is extremely rude. He can't get prescriptions filled correctly, and then gets an attitude with the customer. This will be reported to corporate, and my experience will be shared with social media. Maybe a news station would like to pick up the story since there are MANY people experiencing the same thing? The reviews here say enough. 🤷🏼♀️
I get the job may be too much to handle, if so, go find a different job that doesn't have you around people, because you clearly don't belong in any field that involves talking to customers.
Do better CVS. Hire QUALIFIED individuals. Not the senile, grouchy ones.

I would give them zero stars if I could. I waited an hour and a half and ignored by the staff to have to leave. I get a notice today it’s ready only to arrive to a closed pharmacy. Is this even real?????

Hands down the worst, the pharmacist takes my prescription says it will be 20 minutes. 20 minutes goes by and I go to check out and that CVS will not let me fill antibiotics. I'm sitting there dying waiting and she couldn't say anything. Slackerz insane.

My boyfriend went up there 3 times and myself 2 times on a Sunday just to pick up one prescription for me. I have a broken leg in 3 places on my right leg with 2 badly hurt knees and torn muscles. Finally on the 5th visit they were ready. The little lady with the big glasses was RUDE which was un called for. So I told her it was no wonder why people complained about this location. They're awful. I drove home 5 minutes away only to get a text that it was ready. I went the 5th time, thru the drive through, hit the call button and waited. For 13 minutes!! I blew the horn, knocked on the glass, yelled, hit the button.... then, in the other lane, a car pulled up and the pharmacist FINALLY came to the window and serviced THE OTHER CAR THAT JUST PULLED UP!! When he was done with her THEN AND ONLY THEN did I finally get serviced. They planned to do me that way, it was obvious.
They need to retrain or FIRE everyone that works here in the pharmacy!!! I'm livid and I'm transferring my scripts out of this HELL. Yall should too!!

My family and I came in at approximately 6:10 PM. We walked to the registers to request help at the photo desk. Without even putting her phone up, Sadia pointed to the corner of the store where the desk was. We walked over and saw a sign that said, "For photo pick-up, please see a cashier." We walked back and told her what we needed. Sadia then informed us that she did not start on our order because people cancel them sometimes, so we had to wait even longer.
While Sadia worked on our order, we used the kiosk to print another photo. We did not see where it printed from, so we asked Sadia to help us. She said, "It'll print over there," and walked away (apparently to lunch).
A line began to form, so my question is, why did Sadia feel the need to leave at this moment? Why not 10 minutes ago when she was sitting on her phone at the register?
Jacob was on duty and only slightly better at assisting us.

Long line of customers waiting to check-out with only one employee checking out. None of them knew how to use self check-out. Needs more employees!!!

I have been out of my medication for 2 days. I kept checking the app and nothing. No updates at all. Finally had to call but I could only leave a vm. Richard just called me and said it was ready but they close in 30 mins. That’s fine but then him and a female staffer proceed to make fun of me and I can hear it all since he didn’t hang up the phone. Basically saying that if I would just download the app I would know when my Rx was ready. Very disappointing behavior from supposed professional adults.

I have seen a new staff the last couple of months:) they were all very nice! The Pharmacist is great and caring! They seem very short handed for the amount of people! But they did their best and they were very nice!

I went to CVS to pick up prescriptions and there was a new girl there. There was only 1 customer there besides me. The girl behind the counter was rude and told me that I was too close to the gentleman in front of me.
Mind you that they removed all the signage and carpet stickers and plexiglass months ago. COVID IS OVER. But she proceeded to keep telling me where I need to stand which was by the next cash register. I guess the rules change daily. YOU NEED TO POST THE RULES IF YOU'RE GOING TO CHANGE THEM DAILY. Nobody was working the other register.
When she finished with the gentleman in front of me she just walked away to do other things. I had to get the pharmacist to check me out.
Not to mention that she has no respect for her elders. I'm old enough to be her grandfather. This next generation is destroying this country.
