I'm new to this area, CVS is a new pharmacy for me. I usually use Walgreens. So this is my first interaction with them, I was just calling to check on a prescription because I didn't receive the text confirmation they said I would get. The gentleman who answered the phone was immediately not nice, but he quickly told me that my prescription would be ready in a half hour. I couldn't even get the words thank you out of my mouth before he hung up on me. I think I'll be looking for a different pharmacy.

The CVS pharmacy on Wickham and Aurora is the best. I pass a closer CVS to go to this pharmacy. Everyone is so knowledgeable and friendly and their prescription is always well stocked, unlike others.

TJ was an absolute angel! I have been waiting on a prescription to be approved thought my insurance and within a few minute phone call she was able to help me out and get my medication ready. There was a small mix up and I ended up needing to go to another location, but TJ was super super super sweet and helpful with finding a location that would have what I needed asap. Appreciate the nice and prompt service she gave!!

I am extremely unpleased by the service I received from Claire at store number #573. She was both rude and disrespectful. I called needing assistance three times, all three times she answered in an unpleasant manner, raised her voice at me, and proceeded to hang up on me as I continued to ask for assistance. Horrible customer service. I am extremely disappointed with the service I received, or rather lack there of. I will be calling corporate as I do not believe anyone should receive the service I experienced today.

Was hung up on after waiting on hold for 10 minutes, after waiting on hold again, was told an at latest time for my prescription pick up, waited 20 minutes in the drive through, only to be told rudely the prescription wasn't ready at the latest time they told me. Horrible customer service.

They straight up ignore you in the pharmacy drive through. I don't think they realize that people need a lot of these medications to function and survive, it shouldn't be a battle to get them. Truly sad.

The store is okay, the pharmacy is awful! You get a text ready for pick up...NOT! It's never ready even if I wait a day. Disposition of employees is awful. If I CV would move the rx I would as my dr called in the wrong cvs!!! Ughhh
