Would give them zero stars if possible. With this location being by bases, you'd think they wouldn't make you come in to cancel a membership. Even then, it seems like they don't honor cancellations if the request is made it person. Its an ok gym at best that gets overcrowded in the evening.

Awful!! The most uncomfortable gym in Brevard. Signed up for a membership went once felt like a college gym. Never went back, tried to cancel online wouldn’t let me even though it has an option online. Before I could get into the location to cancel we were charged 60.00 each for an annual fee (family of 3). Went in 2 weeks to cancel in person and was charged another 18.00 each to cancel. Literally had the membership 3 months and paid 110.00 each person (family of 3) for 1 visit. Also, the guy canceling my membership at the counter must have been on something he literally couldn’t even pay attention more than a second before walking away to talk to another employee over and over again. WORST EXPERIENCE!!! Wish I didn’t even have to give them a 1 star. Shame on you Crunch.

Just like the rest of the reviews that gave one star, this has to do with stealing money out of my account, trying to get a refund from corporate who mysteriously you can never get a hold of neither by the members or staff alone. Staff says they can only communicate by email with them. They stole $267 out of my account and I’ve been trying to get a refund for almost 5 months now. Thieves!Reply to the owner: You have my number, I’m in the computer. Mike Grillakis. I own Straight Outta Philly down the street. Matt, Bri and Jake who are all managers there know the situation that I’ve been dealing with for 8 month trying to get my money put back on my card and all I get is the run around. Again, you have my number. If you TRULY want to rectify the situation the. You can give me a call. Now you have no excuses.

This review is in reference to operating a food truck at this location. Just don't.We paid for a 3 month contract. They refused to refund us.We got there the first day and were told they have no dedicated spots. We could not operate.Overall this company is extremely unprofessional.

This is a great gym. The music they play is a bit loud, but the machines and weights are always in great shape.

Tried cancelling here, and continued to be charged monthly payments.I would really consider not joy this gym, if you ever want to quit.I have gone in multiple times to confirmed I had no overdue balance and they had confirmed I didn’t. They still charged me, like I was still part of their gym.One should be able to cancel the gym either by phone or through their account. This one Crunch Fitness makes you come in to cancel even though you have moved.

same experience as many people claim to have here: lie after lie after lie when trying to cancel membership. had to go in person to cancel, paid $69 for my annual fee and monthly fee, and then two days later was charged again. reported to the bank as fraud and now get phone calls and emails saying my payment hasn’t gone through. emailed them about it and they told me my membership status was pending not canceled, despite me paying and having proof of cancellation. and even in pending status they charge a monthly fee so now they really expect me to pay $85. i have been to the gym once in my entire life. everytime i try to respond to emails i get ignored!would also like to point out this very shady business let me sign up for a membership as a minor, which is against their own policy. wanted to use a guest pass without knowing the rules (you need to be 18 to sign the waivers) and said they would “let it slide” as long as i paid. every time i call or go in person there’s no manager available. wild coincidence right?

Lots of equipment... That no one uses. The stuff people do need to use, however, there's never enough. Lots of useful machines only have one so you're always waiting for some high school kid to finish. It's a well outfitted gym but being a franchise, it's not going to be held to the same standards as other Crunch gyms. The one on 192 is FAR better

Used to love this place when I went there but then Started using my own home gym. They make it impossible to cancel membership and you have to go in person. Even though I canceled three weeks prior to my annual fee being charged, they said it was too late and that it was going to be charged regardless. Four weeks later my monthly membership fee was also charged. I called them and i'm being told my membership was never canceled. Very frustrating.

I love this gym for the location, the atmosphere, and of course the team members. I want to point out 1 person in specific named Bri who went above and beyond to help me look for my AirPods when I was under the impression that I had left them at the gym (based off of my iPhone’s “Find My”). She helped me walk around looking at and around all of the machines I remember working out on the day prior. We didn’t end up finding them at the gym, but they were found just shortly after. The other team members on shift at the time that I went in looking for them, they all showed that they cared in helping me to find them & contact me if they came across as found after I had left. Note to self, don’t always trust the “Find My” app. Also, if you’re around the area looking for a gym membership with some awesome team members, I would highly recommend Crunch Wickham. Thanks again, Bri & Crunch Wickham!

Best gym I've been to. Really busy all the time, but I never waited more than 5 min for a machine. Great Hot Yoga too

Staff seemed nice. However, they don't have a family membership for anyone under 16... I get it unsupervised, but some kids wanna work out, and schools/ doctors even encourage it so I don't see an issue if they are with an adult.. So I could not join

Company absolutely sucks. I tried to freeze and cancel my account. They never call back. Talked to someone on the phone about the $88 they billed me after, he said he was filing for a refund. Instead they emailed me a bill for another $88 to cancel. Ridiculous that you can't call any customer service number. This company sucks.

Love this gym. It can get really busy but it’s pretty big and sometimes it’s nice to se the cardio machines on the top floor and people watch. They offer a $10 kick off session with a personal trainer.
