Great location, easy access, convenient parking, plenty carts at entrance. Exceptional selection of popular items. Very, very, short checkout lines. The clerk even helped emptying the cart for cashier's to scan items, and then the clerk neatly refilled the cart.

Most of Costco is fine. There are no issues with the main store. However, the optical I went to once and will never go again. The optometrist was awesome. I was going to get my glasses somewhere else, but I decided on here a few weeks later. I found a pair I liked and then began the nightmare. I was asked if I use them while at a computer. Well, sure I do. I expected to be offered the blue light blocking coating. I was never asked. I heard the trainee ask about subtracting something, but I was half paying attention. It's my fault for that. I was sick when the glasses arrived, so my wife picked them up. I started using them the following day so as to not mess with my eyes/brain. I was squinting to see things. I'm not sure why, so I reviewed the receipt and see they changed my prescription. I brought them back, and they informed me I asked for computer glasses. No, no, I didn't. You asked if I use them while at a computer. You never asked if I needed computer glasses, nor did you inform me that you were ordering that. After a bit of attitude from the manager, they sent them back to get my actual prescription. I have them now and see just fine. I will use the optometrist but will never set foot in another optical from that company.

I purchased my membership the first week Costco opened up. Due to the rush of people, the photo machine was not working so they issued my membership card without a photo. It has been a nightmare every trip I take to Costco. I am asked for my member ship at the door with my drivers license. The shopping experience it’s self is great, shelves are always stocked up with good quality items. However, the checkout process is TERRIBLE. I am once again asked for my membership and ID before checkout. All the employees stare at you while scanning items and just recently for me, they come close and try to control the screen while you’re scanning. It came to the point where I had to tell an employee to step away from me because she was reaching over my shoulder and standing behind me watching my every move. These employees are overbearing and it makes me highly uncomfortable. For these reasons, I’m no longer shopping at Costco. Costco needs to figure out a better way to implement their policies without making their customers feel overwhelmed and uncomfortable. *** ZERO STARS IF I COULD RATE***

Love the store but wish I was able to on a weekday instead of Sunday. It's wall to wall and many customers think they own the place and can block aisles preventing others from passing or have social meetings with friends which also blocks passage. That isn't under the store's control though.Shelves are always stocked and cashiers are quick and courteous.

The store is great. Excellent quality products and large variety.The little details make a difference, and there are many examples of good ones, but one very bad one. This is how Costco enforces their membership policy at the moment you pay for products.A couple was basically humiliated in front of all of us because one of the individuals scanned the membership, and the other was trying to pay. You can see employees are uncomfortable asking to see your membership -and your ID, if the membership does not have your photo -; I understand company policy, but HR need to figure how to address this with customers when the policy needs to be enforced.

If you go with a friend that has a card beware that you won't be able to pay for your items with a debit or credit card. They will only take cash from non-members that are shopping with a member. Other than that, it is a great place to shop. I grew up having Costco around and I can't understand the fascination over Costco vs. Sam's Club. They are both the same just one is a bit bigger and they have different items.

I know it’s bulk buying but even still I save more here than at my local grocery store. Fresh foods are great, selection is excellent, and there are lots of great finds. Sarah and Stephanie at the optical department are amazing and I got great glasses at a great price. Thanks Costco.

Unfortunately everything is bulk which is what I expected.. but there wasn't much of a savings. I only toured but we walked around the entire store. It was huge but not too many things to save on. Love the 49" curved gaming monitor thou. And the flojos

It wasn't busy and everything was in stock. The people there are very helpful and they keep the place neat. Going during the week is recommended because there seems to be a lot less people than the weekend.

Being here on holiday driving a friends car we needed to replace the battery. The service advisor Matt was so helpful, even by the service standards of the U.S. it was so great to be served by someone with such a positive and friendly attitude.He found the right product and gave great advice and shared his knowledge.The cost of the battery was around $100 less than local suppliers so he saved us that and introduced us to Costco! Even with membership, and our shop and cafeteria items we are still under the cost of the local Auto shop.We even found the amazing food and drink deals and had our first ever Costco hot dogs, pizza and Pepsi!All thanks to Matt we will be back and soon.

Have you ever referred to a place as "my store" because you feel so comfortable there? This Costco is like that for me. I like their food service and almost always enjoy a Pepsi and a hotdog for $1.50. In the main section of the store, we have to be selective when buying things to avoid getting packages that are too large for us. Their gas is a bargain and that alone is worth the cost of membership.

Lack inventory consistency.Lack Halal meat and food options.There is no curbside pickup.No scan n go.Self checkout lacks scan guns and has to stay on mercy of assistant to scan heavier items.I wish there was an option to order from food court through App.I love their pizza.

You know the feeling, times against you, you feel you're getting overcharged locally for something so you look further afield and find the best product, better service and super best helpful service advisor Matt! I saved over $100 on his advice on his recommended battery for my car when I called. The savings paid for our Costco membership, shopping and snacks!I've never used Costco and just joined, I'm really glad I got the honest and friendly advice from Matt in the tyre center and found out how good everything I purchased was!
