Place is going out of business and the new owner/ bank cant even set their prices correctly. Came in on a Saturday and said extra 10% extra on top of the 50% went to check out and the 10 percent was not included. Worker said it was already included in the 50 percent? But they got sign everywhere with a 10% extra off???

I bought a 85 inch tv The sales person didn’t offer delivery. He said what ever you buy you have to take it home Ok so I went to pick it up with my sister and they put it on they say now it’s on you if it breaks the person other sales person say for saving a couple dollars for delivery they are on there own and laughed. I went to a near dollar store got some rope to hold the door down That’s not customer service. They never offer deliver. I was going to buy more stuff But now I change my mind. They don’t deserve my business

Amazing experience!Dan was the associate that was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Bought a great quality sofa recliner at a decent price. Financing was simple and painless. Manager Jeff was also super helpful. My family's experience at Conn's Melbourne was fantastic. I'd refer all my friends and family to shop at this location for all furniture and appliances.

I will not shop here. They wanted me to pay $401 every 2 weeks for a bedroom set for 52 payment and if your like me and you do the math that adds up to roughly $20000 for a bedroom set at a price of barely $5000. I took my business elsewhere and got the a similar bedroom set for $190 a month for 34 payments. This place lives up to its name because it's nothing but a con.

I would not go in and share any information with these folks. They will call you every day. Sometimes 3x a day. Your pre approved, please come down and pick some things out. After telling them you’re not interested. They calls keep coming, from who they never know
