I have been buying computers from connecting point, and using their services for many years! Randy is absolutely fantastic and reasonably priced. This week I had a glitch and lost my QuickBooks and he had me up and running by the afternoon! It was payday, so I really needed my computer. Went there today for a small problem with MacBook Air which is still under warranty. Took care of problem in no time. Though my problem was small, I would not hesitate to take a bigger problem there for any Apple related situation. Looks and feels like a professional job would be done on any other tasks. Thank you.

This business is excellent and Randy is the star of the show, telling one what one needs to know in language one can understand. I go to him for all of our Apple repairs. The most recent visit to Connecting Point was on account of a competitor dealing dishonestly with one of our sons, badgering our son to abandon his damaged MacBook Air for a refurbed MacBook offered by the competitor's repair shop. The competitor claimed the MacBook Air would cost $1000+ to repair, blaming Tanzanian dust for destroying costly internal components. I shared this story with Randy at Connecting Point who, unsurprisingly, did not bad-mouth the competitor, and who fixed the MacBook Air for under $200. Seriously, an $800+ difference. And, again, a perfectly good MacBook Air. This is one example of why I go to Connecting Point, and will continue to do so. If you're one of the Apple Mac herd, then this is your repair spot. Seriously, it is---you just don't know it yet. Give 'em a go, and you will be back.

First time back at FATA since Trixie passed. Took my 1 year old party Yorkie in for per surgery. The vet was awesome up dated all her shot early,Blood work done everything good. The vet was awesome,kind and explained everything. Highly recommend them still.

Saw the reviews and the close proximity to my house made me really want to go here and like this place. when I showed up they informed me my apple care was good to go however they didn’t have time for me that day. So they told me to come back. When I did they told me my apple care wouldn’t work less than 24hours after confirming it so in tune my original quoted price went up exponentially. So I left. When I got home I noticed my sim tray was missing so I went back to collect it. They argued with me for over 10minutes about how they never had it. I don’t have a sim key at home so I have no way of opening it. So tell me where is it?I bring my phone in to get it fixed and not only can they not fix it but they broke it even more and couldn’t even fix the prt they broke.
