I called today to chase at Suntree Melbourne Fl. . The lady was talk to me when I ask who spiker she said I am Zue !she did not give me good service I do know if her name is really Zue , , she was not friendly, and she was too serious and bit annoying, she speaks Spanish and I asked her if she could communicate with another person and she put me on hold for a long time until I had to hang up.Llevo casi 15 años con Chase , desde Atlanta Ga.El. Base que queda en 192 es maravillosas personas . Servicio excelente . .

Absolute wonderful service. Our Credit Card had been suspended for security reasons. The staff worked to help get us on our way. With their help I was able to include our new card to my Android phone.Unfortunately the app did not work with the older phone that I have.The staff worked hard to help us and are tremendous representatives for Chase Bank!Thank YouT. Friendly employees although be careful about the Drive up atm for a couple of reasons. A) the lane is tiny specially if you have a car thats wider than a typical sedan, B) the drive up atm often doesn’t seem to accept certain notes (cash) for deposit for odd reasons even though i have accounts with other banks, whose ATMs accept the same, normal currency notes! At the end of the day, it is just a typical big bank branch.

This location is terrible! Lack of employees to handle customers!Always long wait at drive thru! Waited fifteen minutes end up going to Viera location for my banking! Chase is turning into a slum banking at the Suntree location.

If I could give negative I would. How could you REFUSE to give someone a large sum of money that is THEIR money in THEIR account!? Ask them what they are doing with THEIR money they are withdrawing!? Then after the 50 questions, still refuse, say the bank manager will call back, never does! This complaint will be escalated higher than this google review because this bank manager refuses to give people their rightful owned money in cash after a 4 day notice of this withdrawal! No fraudulent checks, no fraudulent funds, just simply not wanting to give an active duty military member his rightfully owned inherited money!
