I ordered over $25 worth of food. I don’t usually leave many reviews, but I paid for 6 wings and that’s what I expected. When I reached home I realized that they only gave me 4, and none of them were flats. The Philly cheesesteak was okay. If you purchase from this location check your order before leaving.

Ordered a bacon 3 cheesesteak no tomato, fries, and a lemonade, with a 4 piece Buffalo wing, got an 8 piece Buffalo, a 4 piece bbq, and a 5 piece bone in wings, bbq as well, so completely wrong order, couldn't understand the woman taking my order, Buffalo wings okay but the bbq taste old.

Went yesterday for a Philly cheesesteak, first off the cook stopped what he was doing to make him a cup of coffee so my mother and I waited for about 15 minutes for our food…mind you no one else was there. Then once I got my food it had 2 long pieces of hair in my food, so I proceeded to go back to have another cheesesteak made & now here I am with horrible food poisoning feeling like I’m literally going to die…don’t come here they suck so bad and it’s sucks because I love Charley’s. They definitely lost a loyal customer I’ll never eat this garbage again. The presentation of the food sucks too. Please do not eat here.

Came all the way from Virginia on vacation and decided to give this place a try. Order the chipotle chicken and there was no sauce and hair was in my sandwich. We ordered to meals from them and received no fries!!! Just horrible.

It was OK. Ordered 10 wings, half Buffalo half BBQ. Of course they gave me all Buffalo. Didn't bother to go back and tell them. Buffalo sauce this time seemed to lack the spiciness. Got a side of celery and guess they gave me what they had left as they were all small. Last time I was there it was under different management and they seemed to have their act together. This time looked like new management, Indian/Middle Eastern.

This place is so unprofessional!!! I was standing there for over 10 minutes in line. Employees and manager would see me and not acknowledge me. No one said anything!!! Eventually I just walked out. No one cared. So sad, it was my first time here. Not what I expected.

Picked up two chicken Philly cheesesteak sandwiches yesterday and the chicken was dried out. It wasn't fresh but was either left over from another day or sat all day. It was hard, stringy and difficult to chew. Tried to call, the number was a 772 area code. Won't be returning.

I used to love these sandwiches from the food court in the mall. Don't know what is wrong with this location, either not enough staff or training. Waited over 30 min for my order while people behind me were being served. Had I not asked about it I might have waited another 30. The sandwich was lacking and not like the ones from the food court.

if I could give zero stars I would the female manager is very rude not only to customers but to her staff Walmart really needs to second guess who they let open businesses In there establishment.also I see a lot of under age kids working during school hours not cool and they are super super slow

This was one of the worst take-out experiences we have had in a while. The online system worked fine to order and I scheduled the order for Curbside pickup. When my husband arrived in the curbside parking spot and clicked the "I'm Here" selection the system said thank you, so assuming like all other restaurants that do curbside someone would be out soon with the food. He waited 15 minutes before going inside to see what was going on and found the food on the in-store pickup shelf. Why have a curbside option if you aren't actually doing curbside? No one greeted or acknowledged him when he walked in so he assumed, as this was our first time at the restaurant, that he should take the bags marked with our name and leave. Long story short he was missing the entire 30ct wing order. Second time at the store and he had to go through all of the other bags to find the rest of our order b/c the bags weren't marked appropriately. The second time in, again no one said anything to him. Upon returning home, the wing order was wrong, the sub order was wrong, sauces were missing and all of the food was cold (mind you we live less than 2 minutes from the store). There is an option for 3 sauces on a 30ct wing, I chose Buffalo, garlic parm and no sauce b/c my kids can't do spicy but love wings. We were given all of the wings in Buffalo and garlic parm only and again they were cold. The sub order was supposed to have extra toppings and specially asked for no pickles; there were hardly any toppings but plenty of pickles. Add to that the sides of ranch and blue cheese that we purchased were not included in our order. I feel like for the prices, service and food quality should be top notch. This was the worst experience; fast food drive-thru with high end sit down prices. To say the least, it was beyond disappointing.
