I had the best experience today on the phone today. The man that helped me was very patient and understanding. He walk me through every step or steps that I needed to continue with my stocks. Thank you so much!! I so sorry I forgot his name.

Small office , people that don't care about their clients , are too busy "going on a dinner date" to help a client with a five minute issue that had to handled at the branch, otherwise I would have handled it another way. They just don't care about their clients. I have never seen such not caring and incompetence. I would not invest one penny with these losers. If he chooses to run your investments the way he runs his office you will lose everything you own. This is a shoddy company I can only recommend to go elsewhere for investment advice. They stink!!!

Charles Schwab makes it practically impossible to put money into an IRA. Bill Pay won't work. I can't transfer money from my bank account because my IRA account is "restricted." I left work early one day because the location is open for a shorter period of time than I work during the day and went to this branch as a last resort to deposit a check, like the website says I can, and I was told by a receptionist that they don't do checks at that location and to speak with the broker, it is by appointment only but I could call and "maybe he will answer." She then handed me a few envelopes to mail my check to Orlando. I asked who the check should be made out to and she did not know. My grandparents both used Charles Schwab before retiring so I believed that it would be easy to use and at least willing to take my money. But that proved to be wrong. Had I known it was going to be this difficult, I would have opened an account with Merrill Edge instead because my bank has a partnership with them that would have made it easy to put money into my account. Closing my account soon because of the multiple inconveniences.
