We moved in just a week ago, so these are first impressions. The place is beautiful, very clean. Amenities all working and available to residents. There are different activities held in the complex and the area itself is very walkable. The best part of the complex is the admin team. When we were just applying, we were looking at several places, and Centre Pointe (Michelle) was consistently giving fastest, most relevant and most patient replies to any queries. :-) I know the website can be confusing to navigate around, so don't hesitate to reach out to the office. Later on we met Taylor, Ernest, Bo. Everyone is very helpful and attends to any questions or request very promptly.
I briefly looked at what people were complaining about in their reviews, and would say that whatever was in the team's power to resolve - it was resolved.
Also we were happy to meet a few fellow Texans here. :-)

Great Community! Great Place to live! My Family and I looked at a couple of different places before we chose Centre Point and this one stood out! Michelle was fantastic! She was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. She made everything quick, easy, and pain free. She goes above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of. The amenities are great. They are always clean and serviced. The maintenance team will also do there best to make sure you are comfortable and maintain any issue in your unit. I love living here and will stay here until we find our house or not!

We started our journey for a second home in January of 2025. My husband and I were looking for a place that we would both be happy with. We met with Michelle and had an instant connection with her. She went above and beyond explaining and answering all of our questions and concerns. We couldn’t believe everything that Centre Pointe has to offer. I will tell you that she sold us on living there immediately. Of course to be responsible, we shopped around each time we flew into Florida. No one even compared to the professionalism, friendliness and the amenities that you get at Centre Pointe. We went back and met with Michelle three times as we brought family members back with us, each time Michelle couldn’t be happier to show us all around. We just got our keys on Wednesday and words can’t explain how happy we are. I highly recommend Centre Pointe if you are looking for a place to call home.

We have been here 3 months and have had zero issues! We absolutely love hanging out and grilling by the pool, going to the gym (which is by far the best in the area after touring all the other apartment complexes), joining the yoga classes every Monday, food truck Fridays, and taking our dog to the dog park where we have met a lot of really great people! Michelle bent over backwards to help us get into our apartment which we appreciate so much, and Taylor has been super helpful when my boyfriend accidentally locked me out twice (lol). We genuinely love living here!

Update: Day 7 of no response from management, office personnel says it is because of meetings.

Our experience at Center Point with Taylor was amazing. We toured this property twice as we deeply fell in love with the community!
Taylor’s professionalism and warmth captured our attention from the very beginning. Although we didn’t rent here, due to not having enough space for my artist husband, we still envision moving here in the near future.
The amenities are top notch and everyone is so courteous!
The urban feel is present and definitely makes a difference in Melbourne living.
Our experience was wonderful and TAYLOR deserves a glowing five star ⭐️ for her outstanding service.

I recently moved in to Centre Pointe Apartments and my overall experience thus far has been fantastic. The Centre Pointe staff are very friendly, super helpful, and they strive to make sure the move-in process is seamless. I toured several different apartment communities in the Viera area and chose Centre Pointe because of the beautiful amenities along with the welcoming and comfortable environment. Logan was incredibly helpful and attentive when I visited the community several times during my search. He was also very responsive in answering all my questions and alleviating any concerns I had about the application and move-in process. Taylor, Michelle, and Jessica have all been wonderful since I arrived on move-in day. They truly go above and beyond to help in any way possible to make sure everything goes smoothly. I was also pleasantly surprised with how quickly Cohen and Ernest handled some minor maintenance issues. They were very polite, respectful, and knowledgeable. Everything was addressed and resolved right away. Kudos to the entire Centre Pointe team for making me feel incredibly welcome here!!

The process of viewing the property, selecting a unit, and moving in was very smooth... everyone who helped me was well-informed and professional... the location and amenities are also excellent... I've had one very minor issue and called after-hours maintenance and they were very responsive and effectively fixed the issue.

WOW! I am beyond impressed with everything! Stopped in after numerous "ride-throughs,," and views of the wesite - the pictures do not do justice to an on-site tour - the customer service that Michelle offered - even though my visit was unexpected - was most welcoming - and best of all - everything is bright, clean, new, well maintained and all at a more-than-reasonable pricepoint! Looking forward to calling "Centre Pointe" home before too long . . .

My family was new to the Viera area. I had a chance to visit Viera 2015-2017 working in professional baseball . I loved the area and also the many amenities that were available in the surrounding area.
I chose to bring my family from the Dominican Republic to live in Viera. I had a chance to visit and tour a few surrounding apartments in Viera but as soon as I visited/toured Centre Point i loved it.
I had a chance to meet Michelle and she gave me a full tour of the apartment complex and answered any questions I had. Michelle was wonderful and made my decision to move to Centre Point even easier.
First the the apartment complex is beautiful. The gyms are clean, has up to date equipment and we didn’t have to waste our time paying for a gym membership. The pool area is amazing. Great for our kids and adults as well. There’s a bbq area, hammocks, plenty of tables with umbrellas, shallow area for the little ones to play and much more.
There is also a cinematic movie room you can reserve for your family and also a ping pong area just outside the pool area.
I can tell you the apartment is beautiful and any minor issues I had were fixed immediately. The Avenue shopping area is fantastic and located just across the street. You literally can walk there if you choose too. Brevard Zoo is located about 5 minutes away not to mention restaurants and other shops right across the street.
We moved to Viera need to furnish our entire apartment including kitchen, living room, bedrooms and bathrooms and only had to drive across the street and 10 minutes away to the furniture store to buy everything we needed.
My wife and my kids love the apartment. Our neighbors are awesome and very friendly. I recommend this apartment complex to anyone thinking of moving to the area and renting. Michelle and Taylor are very friendly and great at making you feel welcomed. You won’t regret it .
My only complaint is I haven’t been at home much due to my work schedule to enjoy the apartment however when I do get a chance to be home I enjoy every minute. Highly recommended.

I can not say enough great things about Centre Point apartments. From the time we first entered the leasing office till the time we moved in an beyond, Taylor has been our go to contact person and she has be absolutely amazing! The entire property management team along with the maintenance team has been extremely professional and efficient in their delivery of services.
It all reflects on the maintenance of the entire property and amenities. Definitely a great place to call home in Viera.

Luxury apartments? More like a living hell. I would give 0 stars if I could. My roommate and I just moved in to our new place, a 2 bedroom apartment on the second floor, on May 13th. DAY ONE we started seeing live baby roaches coming in from our shower drains. DAY TWO there were giant American cockroaches crawling on our kitchen floors and in our bedrooms. It is disgusting. Even more disturbing, how can there be an infestation if units are properly cared for and treated before new residents move in?? Save yourself the stress and avoid moving here unless you want thousands of crawling roommates. I wish I had.

After living in Melbourne since March of 2021 and working at the space center, I was so glad to have found this place to move to in March of this year. After doing extensive research from living off Wickham/Lake Washington area, this place was such a massive leap forward and truly enables me to live my best life.
The area is so close to shopping centers, I-95, beautiful area to walk your pets or go for runs, local golf course, eateries and so much more. The standard garages are excellent for spacing. I enjoy detailing and customizing my car so these garages work very well. The Amazon hub for packages is super convenient. The amenities are worth the price you pay as well. It gives very vacation-like vibes and the local neighbors are quiet, professionals and overall just friendly.
The management company has been here since opening day and truly cares for their tenants. They respond right away to maintenance issues. I had a few items that I was wanting addressed but nothing major.
Shoutout to Taylor and Michelle at the leasing office as well as Cohen for maintenance. I couldn’t be happier and see why people stay here for years. If you are searching for a professional environment, friendly staff, quiet and beautiful scenery; this is the place for you. It’s worth the cost.
Of course, this is all my experience and of my own opinion.
