I love this store. The fashions are attractive and roomy for those who have a little extra lol. Their prices are decent. They always have sales. Highly recommend the store for all ages especially good for 40+. Make sure you call ahead of time to see if they're open.

I come to this store once a week and have never once been greeted never once asked if I need help.There are times I come in not an associate to be found!! I literally walked around for 10mins one time waited to purchase a shirt git tired of waiting and walked out. never open on time last week 20 mins after opening associate walked in with her breakfast from Publix.
I'm sorry if your going to work in retail you need to hire pleasant employees!

If I could give them less than one star I would. The manager refused to return a pair of leggins I wore for a day and they literally fell apart. They had the Cato tag on the inside, I had the paper tags to go with them and the whole purchase was under my phone number. I will never shop here again. The products here are bad quality and the fact that I wore the item for a day and she didn't even attempt to look up the purchase just shows how lazy they are here. If you are on the larger side I would not recommend shopping here due to the bad quality and non-helpful managers. By the way the one I went to was the one in Melbourne right next to Publix.

I have my items shipped there, you feel like your a bother. I think the lady is tired and maybe over worked. Its neat and clean, it's my second visit ,so I waited to see if first visit was me, but it's not, I don't think she ever smiles. But I love the clothes and shoes

For clothing I would give this place 4 stars maybe even 5, however how is anybody who holds a job supposed to shop there when your hours are 10 to 5 ???? With so many clothing stores closing up shop and having to rely so much on online shopping (which absolutely sucks), it's very disappointing not being able to get to the local store which is 35 minutes away unless I planned it on a Saturday? It's not very accommodating. How will you stay open? We've you are not available to the people need your clothes?

Cato's is great sometimes I find great buys there. The staff is friendly and I don't feel like I'm being followed or watched. The only problem I have is a lot of clothing prints can be a little wild. The outfit would be great if the print was not so busy or wild

I drove all the way from Titusville to Melbourne for this Cato. And when I got there there was a sign on the door saying they would be closed periodically throughout the day. I wait a little while but they never opened I was very disappointed. I went home and ordered what I was looking for from Amazon. Another say a lost congratulations Cato!
