Worst customer service I have ever had to deal with. Dealt with a claim for over 6 months with absolutely no call backs to get any information. I would highly recommend anyone else.

Great Price on materials N E V E R and I say AGAINN E V E R use their installers !Two bedrooms of carpet installer arrived 4 hr late left a complete mess needed a metal strip to complete the job not a problem but can you imagine HOW they left the rooms ... see photo's were now on the 2nd day different installer HOPEFULLY they will complete the job AND cleanup their mess !!!NEVER USE THEIR INSTALLERS !!!Can't imagine walking out of somebody's home leaving this mess.I say againGreat Price on materials N E V E R and N E V E R use their installers !

After having a huge mix up, the owner was willing to correct mistakes made by his employee. We have since then gone back and purchased the flooring I had my heart set on. Thank you for taking the time to read your reviews and provide good customer service.

I called Carpet Fashions to get a quote to replace my small shower. Tanner came out did the measurements and I met him at the store the next day to pick out tile. He was very helpful and knowledgeable, he had a few suggestions of tile for the area. He even sent me home with samples to see how they look. Tanner was very patient with me while I looked at various options. The rest of the Carpet Fashions Team was always nice and friendly when I stopped in to revisit tile options or ask questions. In the end I found the right tile and appreciate the help and knowledge of Tanner and Angel.

BUYERS BEWARE! First off, I am giving this 2 stars because the finished product was great, no complaints there...the experience was a little different. We initially stopped into Carpet Fashions and picked out our vinyl flooring with one of the sales reps named Jerry. He came out to our home to take the measurements, then I met him at the shop to go over the quote, drop off the deposit, and schedule installation date. I was told multiple times that it would be installed Thursday 2/18 and should be finished the same day. The Tuesday before I called to confirm my appointment as I would need to take the day off of work, clear the rooms of furniture, etc. Thursday morning came and went and no one showed up. I then called Jerry to see what was going on. He told me that they had some installers quit that day and were scrambling around with scheduling and that my install may need to be pushed until the following Monday 2/22. I said that would be fine, but asked if there was anything he could do to make up for the inconvenience of missing work and now having to take an additional day. He said he would get back to me shortly on that...never did. I called into the office 5 mins before they closed and got in touch with the owner. He told me it looked like Jerry mixed up the schedule as I was always scheduled for 2/22, but he would look into a discount to make up for confusion and inconvenience. I kindly thanked him for the consideration. Fast forward to Monday, the installer...who is a subcontractor, extremely nice and professional...was not able to finish that day in part because he was given the incorrect measurements by Jerry. Tuesday...now the 3rd day I've taken off of work...the installer finished the job and politely asked if he could collect the remainder of the original invoice. Before writing the check I called back into the office to follow up on any update in the discount that was discussed. Spoke to the owner who had the audacity to offer me a mere $25, or a 1.5% discount of the original invoice. I was a little shocked and confused by this and kindly reminded him about the 3 missed work days and the inconvenience of the scheduling mishap. He then raised his voice and proceeded to say that I had lied to him when we spoke the previous week and that Jerry has told me all along that I was scheduled for the later date. I became extremely upset at the accusation and questioned him about the bogus story that Jerry gave me about the "installers had quit" scenario. Again I was told that I was a liar and nothing would be done. After going back and forth through extreme frustration, we settled at a measly $50 off (3% discount). Not much else to say, but I believe this is not the way of prioritizing customer service when owning a business. I was never looking to take advantage or demand an unfair discount...however a simple assumption of responsibility and an apology would have been a good place to start. At Carpet Fashions, the customer for sure isn't always right. In fact, they are a straight-up liar. Needless to say I will never use this business again.
