DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. My wife and I purchased a 2 year old C400 from this dealership with two years left on the factory warranty. The finance person sold us a 2 year extended warranty on the car. Which, knowing the cost to repair these cars, I was happy to purchase. Fast forward three years down the road and we have an oil leak. The car has 46k miles on it and is now five years old. I take it to the dealership to have it repaired under my extended warranty. One problem, the EXTENDED warranty the dealership sold me has expired. Considering the factory warranty ran out in 2022 and we are now in 2023, that seems wrong. After the service technician called the warranty company, they informed me that my EXTENDED warranty STARTED the day that I signed/ purchased the contract. I specifically asked the finance person and confirmed that this EXTENDED warranty did not start until the factory warranty expired. HE CONFIRMED YES. After all, who would buy an extended warranty that covered you WHILE YOU WERE UNDER FACTORY WARRANTY? Franky, WHAT KIND OF SCUM BAG CAR DEALERSHIP WOULD SELL YOU AN EXTENDED WARRANTY THAT KNOWINGLY COVERED YOU WHILE THE CAR WAS UNDER FACTORY WARRANTY? The answer to that question is Mercedes-Benz of Melbourne. Talk about a sleazebag, used car salesman approach to literally ripping off your customers. Do yourself a favor, head over to Orlando if you fell like you can't live without a Mercedes. I would never buy a car again from this dealership and will let everyone I know how they ripped my wife and I off

Avoid this dealer like the plague! Bought a sprinter van and they are unable to service the vehicle due to no mechanics available for months. Do not buy from this dealer!!!!!!

I bought a used 2020 GLC this year . The buisness manager told me that he would cover the cost of a tire fill using hydrogen . The free fill cost $150. When questioning the charge ,they said that he ment that they would cover THEIR cost of the fill. Part 2 . I bought the tire and rim insurance . I got a flat tire , luckily, right in front of a tire store . Called MB , they said i could get the tire replaced and get reimburshed. The invoice had to be handled through the dealership. Got tire fixed, sent the bill to MB Melbourne , followed with numberous phone calls and emails . NOT one was responded to . Just to add one more point . They contacted me saying they LOST all the paperwork for my car purchase .They asked if i can sign and send the docs back to them . I said SURE , ill sign after i get my reimburshment for the tire . NEVER HEARD FROM THEM AGAIN.

This dealership is located directly adjacent to a very busy Florida East Coast Railroad tracks going right through the same area that they store their new, used and service department cars. Rocks, granite dust, iron dust from the tracks gets ground into the paint of theirs and customers cars, then they clean up guys grind this debris into the expensive paint. I would like to buy a Mercedes or Porsche but NOT with the DEALER ADDED PAINT DAMAGE.

They refused to do anything about the false speedometer reading of my brand new C43 2023. They even were not able to give any reasonable explanation. They say the speedometer off by +4 MPH is within the acceptable error margin. The problem is that NONE of the cars I ever drove, including the Mercedes loaner cars, my previous C43 2019 NEVER showed any such "error margin". No explanation to that. This is a brand new completely remodeled 4 cylinder C43. As always in such cases, there is higher probability of bugs in software or hardware. Currently, I am having another problem with the car: The air conditioner fails to work properly which is being fixed. Unfortunately, due to the rare nature of the speedometer problem, Mercedes does not have any such test and is incapable to do anything. I am having a very frustrating experience with my C43 2023!!!

In 2015 we purchased a very low mileage MB from another car dealer. Over the next next 7+ years we had it serviced numerous times by MB of Melbourne with pretty good results. Our service team was always responsive with phone calls, text messages, and emails. During the pandemic when supply was difficult they were still responsive, even if parts sometimes took longer to arrive. Recently we decided to trade in for a new model. When we arrived there was no hovering or high pressure as we walked the lot and looked at the numerous new and used vehicles. We were truly only looking and had zero intent to purchase. But we found the absolute perfect car on the lot. Amazing enough that we decided we should check on a potential deal. The sales person, David, was very helpful, low key (no pressure) as we worked through the details. We were shocked to find that used car prices had recently started falling back to pre-pandemic ranges but we confirmed it was true. We received a good deal on a superb vehicle overall we are pleased with entire experience. We added on a ceramic coating to protect the finish and working with Amy in service was extremely good communication. The job was completed and looked so great I was a little reluctant to pull it outside! Overall rating of the entire team? I continue to enjoy working with them after many years and multiple cars. I refer friends, family, and everyone to them.

The worst customer service in their service department. Condescending doesn't even cover it. I plan on selling my Mercedes just so I don't have to deal with these people any longer.

I have waited to leave this review -both for sales and service - until I no longer own the vehicle for obvious reasons. First, my under warranty AMG had an issue while I was traveling on I-95 and this was the dealership Mercedes Assist brought my AMG to for repair. The service department was HORRIBLE from start to finish. They had no loaner - told me I would have to RENT a vehicle - until Mercedes Assist stepped in and had THEM rent me a crappy Nissan Rogue with crank windows. They said I didn't have any appointment so could not get to my car for 5 days. Mercedes Assist is for cars still under the original warranty and is supposed to get you back on the road within 24 hours. Nope. Not only was it not 5 days, they had to order parts! (In total, my trip was interrupted 11 days!!!)While I was there, I saw a car I liked, thus I decided to trade my 2 year old AMG on a new AMG. My salesman was Joshua who took 2 days to sell me the car and the numbers kept changing. When I was FINALLY taking delivery, he disappeared. There was light rain and I was standing outside with my temp tag in hand. He was inside waiting on new customers!!! I asked him if he was going to finish putting the temp tag on my new AMG. He said he didn't want to lose this (as in the new customers) sale!!! The finance guy who was there said "I am sure you can find someone to put the tag on!" Even at some shady used car lot they treat you better than this. This dealership gives a black eye to the Mercedes brand. Someone from corporate should step in and remove them from being associated with the brand.I would NEVER recommend either service or sales from Mercedes of Melbourne.

Horrible place with incompetent staff. They do not know how to repair Mercedes Sprinters. Mak the service advisor never even called back after they robbed me by lying to me about the vehicle being fixed and both service lights came back home on the way home. Now I need to bring the vehicle somewhere else where they know what they are doing.

Honestly, Mercedes are nice cars but the maintenance is expensive if you go to the dealer. I went and bought oil and went to the oil garage and was charged $25.00 to change and reset my oil indicator. The oil cost was $77.00. When i did bring my car in for an oil change it was over $1000.00. However, they did check the fluids, changed my wipers and supposedly replaced my key battery (the battery needed replacement 6 months later). I added the costs up and it was under $160in parts and labor. It also took them two days for the service. Personally, I think that's a sales tactic to show they're providing value. The true value is customer satisfaction and getting my car done in time.Lately, i have had the sales guy call me multiple times leaving me messages. That's a bit annoying because I heard the first message and almost called him, but two days later received another voicemail repeating the first voicemail.I just feel that their sales tactics are a bit over the top.
